MARY MAGDALENE: Finding The Inner Marriage

Part 4 of a Message
Received by Mercedes Kirkel
On July 21, 2013

Question: If you and your loved one have separated, in what ways can you embody the Masculine and Feminine on your own?

Mary Magdalene: All of you have your inner Masculine and Feminine. This is something I spoke about in great depth through the messages that were given to Mercedes and then recorded in the book. [Mercedes’s note: Mary is referring to the book, Mary Magdalene Beckons: Join the River of Love.] It would be very helpful to familiarize yourself with the different paths of the inner Masculine and Feminine first. Then you can consider if there is anything that needs strengthening within yourself.

For most beings on the Earth at this time, there is an imbalance happening in the inner aspect. Most of you are developed and, in general, dominated by your inner Masculine, while being underdeveloped and weak in your inner Feminine. This is true for men, as well as women. It will often show up in different ways for men than it does for women. But both require their inner Feminine and inner Masculine to be strong.

Once you educate yourself about these different ways that the two manifest within, you can take stock and evaluate if there are parts of yourself that are underdeveloped. For most people, that will be the Feminine. Even for women today, it is still often the Feminine that is underdeveloped and causing imbalance. This is one of the things that causes many problems in relationships between partners. If you come into a relationship not being in balance yourself, you place demands on the relationship to try to establish that balance. These demands are often a great strain and even can be a breaking point for the relationship.

It is very important, as part of your spiritual work, to become familiar with these different parts of yourself, which are ultimately different parts of God. I call them the Masculine and Feminine face of God. For some people, referring to them as Feminine and Masculine is not comfortable. That is fine. They can find other ways of referring to them. But I think it is helpful. It is the way I see them, and know them, and have been trained to understand them. So I speak of them this way.

This is important for your own spiritual growth. A very important part of what is going to allow you to engage the ascension process is to complete your own inner work in the Masculine and Feminine. They must be in balance within yourself so that you can find the inner marriage, which is a wonderful state to experience and know. This is the inner marriage of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine—ultimately the marriage of your heart, which is the seat of the Divine Feminine, and your sacred mind, which is the seat of the Divine Masculine. When these come into union through this sacred inner marriage, it becomes the doorway for moving into the next higher dimension.

This is quite important and valuable work. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with what I have offered in the past, because I believe that this will help people in ways that many people are not aware of yet.

MARY MAGDALENE: Alternating Between 3D And Higher Dimensions

Part 3 of a Message
Received by Mercedes Kirkel
On July 21, 2013

Question: Many of us are experiencing having one foot in the third dimension and the other foot, so to speak, in the other dimension. We feel ourselves rocking back and forth and it affects our physical body. Do you have any advice how to deal with that?

Mary Magdalene: Yes. That is very accurate—your description. The transformation you are going through is not an entirely easy one.

It is a very organic process that is happening. One way you might think of it is likening it to what a child goes through in incarnating into the physical realm. The process of changing from an infant to an adult is quite a process, and not an entirely easy one. There are things that support that process. Many of them are very practical things, like getting enough rest. You may need much more rest than you tell yourself, in your mind, you “should” be needing or than you think you need. Or your rest may be very erratic. At times you may need quite a bit of rest, being suddenly tired at times you’re not used to being tired. As much as you can, support yourself at those times by giving yourself the rest that you need. That is a very helpful thing.

Not worrying is another thing that can be very supportive. I say that, not to tell yourself to suppress yourself, but to take your worry to Source, through the process that I have spoken about in depth in the messages that were given to Mercedes. [Mercedes’s note: Mary is referring to her instruction in the book, Mary Magdalene Beckons: Join the River of Love.] If you find yourself in the position of worry, anxiety, or concern, engage the processes I described so that you resolve them truly at Source. In doing so, you will also make use of the reason that you are having those feelings. There is always an important reason why those things are occurring. If you simply try to hold your feelings back or suppress them, you will be depriving yourself and potentially others of what was being given to you through that circumstance.

Taking care of yourself emotionally is becoming more and more important. The next dimension, the fourth dimension, is a very emotional dimension. As you are spending more time in that dimension, you may find yourself feeling more emotional. It is important to understand how to work with that, whether these are emotions you’re enjoying or emotions you’re not enjoying—either way, it is very important. That is why I gave so much of the instruction I did, which is recorded in the book, Mary Magdalene Beckons.

You are becoming more sensitive energetically. Because of that, it is more important that you be aware of what supports you energetically. This might involve the company that you keep and the kind of energy you experience in that company. It might involve the purity of the air you’re breathing or the food you’re eating. It might involve allowing yourself to be fed by the Earth energy, having your physical body in contact with the Earth, or in contact with elements connected to the Earth, such as trees, which can support you with Earth energy. The Earth is ascending, too, and Her energy is very tuned, the Earth frequency is very subtly aligned to this process. So connecting with the Earth can be very supportive.

Of course, as I spoke earlier, your spiritual practice and your connection to God will only become more important. And that can support you, as well.

It is helpful to talk about what is happening with others who understand. That is a strong form of support, for you and them. You will support all by doing this. Inspiring others and being inspired is a form of support. That is important, too.

Ultimately this process is going to happen whether you support it or not. (Mary laughs gently.) But the more that you support it, the more easeful it will be—and possibly the more direct and even quick it will be. You can ask that it happens at the perfect speed, so that you are able to adjust and that it is easeful for you. This is a very good request to make. And that you have the resources necessary for it to be as easeful and graceful as possible for you.

MARY MAGDALENE: Finding The Relationship You’ve Dreamed Of

Part 1 of a Message
Given to Mercedes Kirkel
On July 21, 2013

[Note: This message was received at a celebration of Mary Magdalene’s Feast Day.]

Blessings my dear ones. This is Mary Magdalene and I am so happy to be here with you tonight. I thank you so much for gathering together, for honoring me through this celebration, through this day, which has been selected as a time of remembering me and connecting with me. I am so happy to be here to connect with you and to have this time with you. Thank you so much, dear ones.

My heart is so full of love in this moment. I hope that you are able to feel it. I am full of love for all of you. I am full of love for all beings. But in this gathering at this time, I am especially full of love for all of you, so grateful to you for your opening to me and to so many beautiful beings of light. Of course, you are also a beautiful being of light. I see you that way, and more and more I see that you know yourself that way. That is something that I also celebrate, for that is part of what humanity is growing into at this time—each of you knowing yourself as a being of light, which you absolutely are and always have been. I and others are helping you to recognize this, to grow fully into this, and to be the manifestation of light that you have come to be.

So I am celebrating you at this time. And I am celebrating this amazing time on Earth, which, of course, I have spoken about in the past. But I feel it so strongly that I want to acknowledge it once again. This is an amazing time, which you have all chosen to be here for, to participate in, to support, and to help others in their passage through this time, in their evolution and growth into a new age, a new consciousness, most definitely a new world for all of you, and a new time of knowing yourselves in a much greater way as the beings of light that you are.

This movement into a new age is well underway. There are many things that will need to happen before you have fully made this transition. But it has begun and you are in the midst of it. It is unstoppable. There is no question that this new age will arrive. And you are all a part of ushering yourselves and all beings into this new age. It is so exciting.

In our time of being on the Earth—Yeshua and myself—we, too, were a part of this transition. 2000 years is actually a very short amount of time in terms of these kinds of openings and changes. It was the beginning, which is still going on. Many of you have a connection to Yeshua and to myself from that time, and we are still so deeply connected to you. It is a continuation.

Of course, when I speak of time, this is my effort to try and reference it in ways that make sense to you in the third dimension, at this time. (She laughs quietly.) I do not relate to time in the same way, in general. So for me, we have always been together. There has been no separation, no passage. But I understand that for many of you it seems differently. And that is fine. However you are seeing it is perfect to what it supporting you in this moment. And that will change over time, in the perfect time. It is nothing to be concerned about.

But yes, I say “hello” to you across the time, to so many I have known in different periods. You are all so special to me, so absolutely beloved. I wish I had better words with which to express this, to make it so clear to you how much I value you, how much you are a part of my heart and my joy.

I am checking to see if there is anything in particular that I sense is important to talk about at this time. (space of silence) One thing that I want to speak of is a change that is already in progress, but you may or may not be aware of it, and it may or may not have affected you directly yet. This is a change relative to relationships between men and women in your world. Part of this transition—and I have spoken of this in great depth—is the Masculine and Feminine coming into balance, into harmony, and into union with each other. This always begins with the Masculine and Feminine within each of you, and in the greater sense with all of you recognizing the aspects of God that you may refer to as Masculine or Feminine. But for many of you, it will also very much involve being in a relationship, which brings forth these qualities of the Masculine and Feminine in your relationship. There are many who have been wonderful, powerful beings of light at this time who have longed to have a relationship and have wondered when they would be in relationship, and if it was going to happen for them—particularly a relationship that was an inherent part of their spiritual path and their spiritual journey. It is this that I wish to speak about.

This is coming in for many of you who have not been in relationship and have longed for that, have wanted that, have hoped for it. This is part of the transition that we are in, that you are going to see more and more around you, and very possibly in your own life. More and more people are finding the relationships that they have been dreaming of. They are moving into relationship and finding a great sense of peace, joy, and fulfillment in this relationship. I am so happy to share this with you, because I have known the wonders of relationship with my beloved and having that inextricably woven with my spiritual path, with my spiritual work, with my heart, with my soul, with the essence of who I am. I am so happy to be able to share with you that many of you, if you have not already, will be finding this relationship and experiencing this wonder and joy in relationship. So that is very happy, very wonderful news that I have to share with you.

Some of you have not chosen to be in relationship and that is absolutely fine. You will know this wonder of the union of the Masculine and Feminine in other ways—within yourself, within God. It is not a limitation in any form. Both are fully empowered, fully wonderful in their own ways, simply two different paths that are possible.

You are going to be seeing many changes in your world. Some of them may be wonderful, some of them may be surprising, some of them may seem challenging. It is all part of this “changing of the guard,” you might say, this release and letting go of so much that has been a part of your world, so much that has been a part of your consciousness, your reality for a very long time, and new things coming in. So there is both a death of the old and a birth of the new happening simultaneously.

There may be aspects of the letting go, the release, the death process that may seem difficult or even perhaps scary. I have given a great deal of instruction that has already been received and recorded in the book by Mercedes about how to relate to this kind of thing, how to make use of situations, even where you feel afraid, to bring you to God, to stabilize you and strengthen you in your connection to God. That is what is most important. It has always been important. But at this time it may seem or appear even more important that you absolutely maintain your foundation and your stability in your connection to God.

Whatever it is that supports your connection to God—whether it’s a daily practice that you have; whether it’s the company that you keep, including being inspired by books or communications that you receive through the internet—whatever form it is that strengthens you, that maintains your absolute, unwavering connection to God is only going to become more important. I urge you to support yourself in that way. Through that you will be supporting yourself and also so many others.

Your own connection to God is the greatest form of support you can give. It is an important service at this time, to the world and to other beings, that you strengthen and increase, to the maximum you are able, that grid of connection to God. It will help make this passage easier, gentler, more graceful for all. I ask that all of you do your part, as much as you are able, to make this possible, to strengthen this, to help others, to help all in this way. And of course, it will make it most wonderful for you to do this, as well.

I am reaching out and sincerely asking for everyone’s help. Each person who participates in this way will make an enormous difference. The number one thing is your connection to God. Beyond that there is blessing, prayer, sending light. All of those things are most wonderful, but they are secondary. The most important thing is your bond, your oneness with God. That will make the greatest difference. It will also guide you and let you know what you are to be doing that is perfect for you, through all these changes. You will have clarity, you will know. It is important for yourself, as well, to have that clarity and guidance.

So I beseech you to maintain this practice, this disposition, what you might call “this asana” of connection to God with the greatest strength that you are able. Call upon your guides, call upon God directly. Ask for help in whatever form seems strongest for you and you will receive it. I thank you for doing that. It is so important that this be held on the Earth, as well, and not simply by the higher beings, who are doing so much to support this. You have your part to do, too. And it is very important.

Mary Magdalene: The Exquisite Gifts Men and Women Give to Each Other

Part 1 of a Message
Received By Mercedes Kirkel
On June 16, 2013

Blessings my dear ones—to all of you here today and all of you who will be hearing me in the future. Blessings to all of you. I am most happy to return, to communicate with you once again. I thank you for inviting me here and creating this beautiful space. To all of you beautiful beings who are holding this space and connecting with me, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you and I am honored to be with you.

And yes, there are things that I wish to communicate with you today. As Mercedes described earlier, I have already been communicating with her, speaking with her about the relationship between the Masculine and the Feminine, which is so important and so dear to my heart. It is this which I feel many are struggling with right now. They are struggling within themselves, in terms of their relationship with their own Masculine and Feminine and the play between the two. This, of course, is always the foundation, always the root and source of any other aspects of the relationship between the Masculine and Feminine that you are dealing with. So this is the first arena that is most important to work with. It is what allows you to enter into the other forms of the relationship between the Masculine and Feminine.

There is another form of this relationship of the Masculine and Feminine, which I have talked about a great deal and is recorded in the book that Mercedes has brought through [Mary Magdalene Beckons: Join the River of Love]. This is the relationship of the Masculine and Feminine as aspects of God and how they relate to each other. You could call this the Masculine face of God or the Feminine face of God. You could also call it the Masculine form and the Feminine form of God. I have gone into great detail about this in the messages in the book, so I do not need to repeat that. But this is very important for people to understand and will help you in coming into balance with your own inner Masculine and inner Feminine, because they are inextricably linked to each other. Your inner Feminine is inextricably linked to the Divine Feminine and the Feminine form of God. Your inner Masculine is inextricably linked to the Divine Masculine and the Masculine form of God. So the Divine Feminine and Masculine is the next arena that is most important for people to understand.

The third most important arena in your world in the third dimension—and other dimensions as well—is to understand the relationship between men and women. This is a more outer relationship. It involves the Masculine and Feminine manifested in form as individual men and women having a particular gender. This is an area of great complication and confusion for many of you in your world. It is this that I want to speak about more today. But I began with talking about the inner Masculine and Feminine and the Divine Masculine and Feminine, because without understanding these, without being in right relationship to these, it will be very difficult for you to ever come into harmonious, easeful, and mutually supportive relationships in form between men and women, as they manifest in their unique genders.

Yet this is the place that many of you find yourselves in your life, struggling with your relationships with individuals who are of the other gender, and to a certain extent struggling with individuals who are of the same gender. Your relationships with the opposite gender and the same gender are different. At different times, in different ways, and with different people, you have struggles and challenges with each.

Some of this relates to your early childhood and what you learned in your early childhood. If you were blessed to have a mother and father who had a very healthy form of relating between men and women, then by and large you will have a much easier time in your relationships between men and women, because you learned by example and modeling at a very young and formative age how to navigate these kinds of relationships. A similar thing applies to your relationship with your siblings. It is not usually as impactful as your relationship with your parents, but for most people it will certainly have some effect. All these early relationships oftentimes influence your understanding, your ease, and your development relative to being able to relate between the Masculine and Feminine in form, in terms of men and women.

I wish to speak about my relationship with Yeshua, for I was blessed in so many ways to be in relationship with him. There is so much about our relationship that is a model for the kind of relationship that you have the potential of having and that will be deeply fulfilling for you, to the degree that you are able to experience this kind of relationship. Yeshua was the archetype, if you will, the epitome of the Divine Masculine in form in so many ways. He was deeply connected to the Masculine form of God, which is all about consciousness. His consciousness was exquisitely pure and that is the nature of consciousness. The ultimate purity is the consciousness of God.

Consciousness is that aspect which transcends this world. Because so many of you have a profound relationship to Yeshua and what he brought in, many of you understand in a very deep, whole-being way what it is to be connected to consciousness through his living, his manifestation of consciousness in human form. He brought consciousness into form so that people could have a direct experience of it. Because it was so pure, it is a very clear experience of the Masculine form of God.

There are many different ways to manifest consciousness. The highest form is to be connected to the Divine Father, the Masculine form of God, [brief pause] Divine Masculine. [brief pause] Please excuse me. I tend to lose myself as I talk about these things. I tend to find myself so drawn into this form, it is hard for me to stay focused on the communication I am making. But I will continue.

It is this aspect that men bring forth most strongly, or any person, man or woman, who is choosing a Masculine role. It is the aspect of consciousness which informs your thinking, it informs all of your mind, it informs your decision-making processes, it informs your choices as to how you will engage in the world, what actions you will choose to take. This is the form in a man-woman relationship that a man is most strong in, optimally, if he is taking the Masculine role.

It is why men tend to, you might say, come from their mind or live in their mind more, because they are more directly connected to consciousness through their minds. Many of you today are feeling imbalanced in being in your minds. And it is true that there is balance to be attained. But do not underestimate that the mind is a tremendous gift, a beautiful blessing that ultimately comes directly from God in the Masculine form.

The power of consciousness in the form of the mind is part of what makes you in the likeness of God. You are given consciousness through the Divine Masculine. The mind is part of what allows you to be a creative being, just as God is a creative being. It is an immense gift. It is also a responsibility, for there are many different ways the mind can be used. But if you align yourself to God, it will always be used in the highest form. That is what is intended and has always been intended.

I am going to shift now to the more Feminine side of God. The Feminine side of God is the beautiful form of Divine Feminine energy. In the Indian tradition there is a name for this. They call it “Shakti.” It is understood that Shakti is the creative force that manifests in form. Just as women are always the ones that bring forth new life, new beings, new creation, Shakti is the power of creativity in form. Today it is sad that many women are not naturally in touch with this Divine Feminine energy. In some ways, in today’s world, men are more in touch with it—not within themselves, but they are very clear that this is an exquisite gift that they receive from women. Sadly women have lost touch with this to a certain degree because there has been such a focus on developing the Masculine. They have lost touch with their own beauty, their power, their Divine gift of this Feminine energy. It is this Feminine energy that feeds the Masculine. It feeds the Masculine in terms of giving life-force, energy. It is nurturing and sustaining. It is the same nurturance and sustenance that allows a mother to sustain a baby, though of course, not in the same way. And not to say that men are babies by any means, once they outgrow that stage of life. But the Feminine has the power to sustain life. She does it in a different way in relationship with a man, a very blessed, exquisite way.

This is the fundamental play between the Masculine and the Feminine. The Masculine brings the force of consciousness—of clarity, insight, understanding, and determining direction. The Feminine brings the force of support, nurturance, energy, which feeds and gives life to this form of consciousness. The two together are able to manifest in life. It takes both to manifest. And the two feed each other. The Masculine (in the form of a man) cares for the Feminine (in the form of a woman) through bringing his consciousness to the woman. And the Feminine (in the form of a woman) cares for the Masculine (in the form of a man) through bringing her life-force and supportive energy to the man.

Of course, each individual can bring this to themselves. This is why you are able to live as individuals. But in general, a man will be stronger in the Masculine. And in general, a woman will be stronger in the Feminine. This is because it is natural for men and women to bring these gifts to each other and to create together through their unique gifts. The beauty of this is that when what they bring is pure and true, what can be created is greater than the sum of what they could create on their own.

This is the beauty of relationship, as I knew it with Yeshua. He brought me the force, the purity, the exquisite Masculine nature of his consciousness filled with God. He brought that light to me. I brought him the full blessings of the Feminine—the life-force that sustains and supports and cherishes. We both cherished each other in our own ways. And out of that we created together. We created the seed form for his teaching, his work, his gifts, for our gifts that we brought together to take root and to hold and to manifest. You can understand the strength of what we brought forth by seeing what has manifested for 2000 years and continues to manifest—perhaps not perfectly, perhaps influenced by other forces, other inputs. But there is an unmistakable manifestation that is still in process in the world that is of Yeshua and of our union together.

As a woman, it is my great delight to do everything I can to support the light that Yeshua brought into the world. As a man, it was his great delight to receive all of my love, my energy, my support, and to bring his light to me, to care for me in the most ultimate way. This is one of the greatest things that you can manifest in life, this union between the Masculine and the Feminine, when it is aligned to the highest purpose of the soul and to receiving God’s work, God’s direction, God’s being-ness in the highest, fullest form.

Many, many of you are in touch with this. You have this sense of longing for your partner of this nature. Some may call it their soul mate or their twin flame. The name is not significant. It is the relationship that is significant. When you find it you will know it, because your hearts are so fully open to each other, and your desire is to give to the other in this exquisite way and to receive the gifts of the other in this equally exquisite way.

For many of you, there will be aspects of your relationship that are not entirely easeful, that are challenging. This is actually another gift of relationship, because it reflects back to you anything that is still needing completion, healing, growth, or purifying in your own personal manifestation process—either of manifesting the Masculine and Feminine, or of opening fully to the Masculine and Feminine. Relationship is a great gift if you understand it in this way, which helps you in your own work of completion. When that work is complete, you will no longer experience those challenges.

Ultimately, when that work is complete, you will no longer experience this realm. This is a realm of physicality, of duality, of limitations in many ways, so it is inherently challenging. But since you are manifesting here now, it is a sign that you are not complete, that you are still in the process of completing your work here. As such, relationships can be a great support to you in showing you the areas that are needed for completion, as well as reconnecting you with this beautiful union of the Masculine and Feminine.

All forms of union of the Masculine and Feminine are ultimately a mirror of the union of the Divine Masculine and Feminine as Mother-Father God, who are always in union with each other. This is what brings the joy, the love, the rapture, the light in the male-female relationship. You are simply experiencing the perfection of the union of the Divine Masculine and Feminine.

Question: Mary Magdalene has spoken of moving into a new time, a new phase of life for our planet, characterized by an enlivenment of the feminine principle, leading to restored balance of the masculine and feminine. And you described the male principle as the silent, transcendental aspect of life, while the female principle is the expression of that silent source that we observe in the manifest world.

But when I look around at the world I see people with an over-absorption in the expressed aspect of the world and an almost total ignorance and neglect of the silent source of life. In this view it appears that it’s the influence of the masculine silent core of life that’s missing and making life incomplete. In light of this, why does Mary emphasize the need for more of the feminine principle in the world?

Mercedes: The answer to this question lies in understanding that both the Masculine and Feminine have lower and higher aspects, and seeing how those parts interact.

Lets begin by looking at the Masculine. The higher Masculine is the transcendental, that which is beyond and prior to space, time, and all arising. It has been referred to as Consciousness, emptiness, the void, the Divine Masculine, or the Self. I think it’s the state that many people seek when they meditate—which they experience as peace, stillness, quiet, and purity. It’s also the state that many of the eastern spiritual traditions have been oriented towards achieving.

In contrast, the lower Masculine aspect is characterized by our lower mind, which is comprised of our rational, everyday thinking along with our subconscious thinking, such as instincts and beliefs. Willpower and intention are also a part of the lower Masculine. It’s not that the higher Masculine is better or the lower Masculine is worse. We actually need both and they serve us in different ways. The terms “higher” and “lower” are best understood as relating to the higher or lower dimensions, or characterized by a higher or lower frequency.

Now let’s shift to the Feminine. The Feminine is the vibratory energy of manifestation. In its lower form, we see the Feminine as everything manifested physically in our 3D world. But there’s a progressively subtler continuum of energy-based manifestation that includes other realms and forms such as the etheric (the realm that’s an energetic duplicate of the physical), sexual energy, and emotions, all the way up to very subtle forms such as visions, subtle sounds, angelic realms, etc. The highest form of the Feminine is pure Love.

If we put the Masculine and Feminine together, we see that the highest form of each is Consciousness and Love. I would say that both of these are what most people at this time are growing into. Those who are consciously on the spiritual path might be characterized as being more aware of one or both of these states and perhaps more intentionally working on realizing and living on the basis of these states. I say “consciously on the spiritual path” because I believe that everyone is on a spiritual path, whether they recognize it or not, and we’re all growing into Love and Consciousness.

However, for a long time our world has been primarily characterized by the lower aspects of both the Feminine and Masculine, and even now these tend to predominate. So we’ve tended to identify “reality” as the physical world and see ourselves as having a body and a mind. This is a fairly balanced Masculine-Feminine orientation, albeit in its lower form.

But there’s been another dynamic going on, which has also been the case for a very long time. The lower Masculine has been overpowering the lower Feminine. We can see this in many ways and arenas. At the most personal level, this has manifested as our being dominated by our thinking minds—what some people call the “monkey mind.” This has excluded our connection to our bodies, sexuality, energy, and emotions. As a result, many of us have lost touch with these Feminine aspects of ourselves and have become imbalanced by operating almost exclusively from our Masculine—our mind. This is true of both men and women today. And it’s reflected outwardly in our world and culture, including that many people are alienated from the Earth.

This is what Mary Magdalene is pointing to when she says that most of us are currently dominated by the Masculine. She explains that coming back into balance between the Masculine and Feminine is essential for us to move forward in our spiritual growth. In fact, she says this imbalance is keeping us from moving into the next level before us and that correcting this will do more to serve our spiritual growth than anything else. In her instruction to us in the book Mary Magdalene Beckons: Join the River of Love, she gives the specific steps we need to take to rectify this. And it all occurs at the individual level, within each one of us, men and women alike. Once we make this change within, it will inevitably be mirrored in our outer world.

She also points to a progression of what will occur as we become rebalanced. We begin by strengthening our relationship to our body, sexuality, and emotions. Of the three, she says that it’s our relationship to emotions, and specifically emotional pain, that needs the most help and will make the biggest difference. These three form the foundation of the lower Feminine within. Once they’re strong, they open the doorway for the Divine Feminine, or the higher aspect of the Feminine, to take her seat in the heart. Once this occurs, the lower Masculine, in the form of our rational mind and subconscious can relax into it’s relationship of being in service to the heart. And that allows the opening of the sacred mind, which is the seat of the Divine Masculine within.

There’s one more step, which Mary describes as the inner marriage of the Divine Feminine and Masculine—the union of the heart and sacred mind. This marriage marks the coming into balance, harmony, and union of these two aspects of ourselves and life. And it is the gateway that allows us to move into the next level of our spiritual evolution.

Mary describes herself as a midwife for birthing us into this new age. Helping us is her great passion and gift. To me she is the perfect person to be doing this, because she speaks from her own experience of knowing the magnificence of union with the Divine Masculine in the form of Yeshua (also known as Jesus).

Question: I still don’t understand WHY Mary’s primary emphasis is on developing the feminine to balance the over-developed lower masculine. Why not emphasize softening and reigning-in the lower masculine by bringing it back into full integration with Divine Masculine, and strengthening the overwhelmed lower feminine with more infusion of Divine Feminine? It seems natural to elevate the quality of mundane life by infusing it with more of the qualities of the Divine. If the lower masculine and lower feminine were brought to integration with their source energies, might they not settle into their own masculine/feminine balance?

Mercedes: What you’re describing is actually what the majority of spiritual paths have traditionally recommended. The classic eastern message was, “Don’t focus on this world; instead put your attention on the Transcendental.” The classic western message was, “Just love and create the Kingdom of God on earth.” Most people are attracted to those ideas and would like to do that. Unfortunately, it hasn’t worked for a great many people—certainly not sufficiently that they feel satisfied.

Both of those routes are examples of a Masculine approach, in which the goal or end result is identified and focused on. What Mary has said is that those approaches tend to work for people who are strong in their Masculine—those who respond well to discipline and use of intention. But there are many people who don’t find those approaches accessible or successful. They’ve tried meditation, but don’t feel able to do it. They’ve tried to love unconditionally and manifest positive things, but have come up short. Most of these people are naturally more aligned to the Feminine, either in general or in a particular circumstance. And they often end up concluding that they just aren’t “good enough,” “strong enough,” “spiritual enough,” or some other definition of failure.

What Mary is recommending is that we have access to both the Masculine and the Feminine approaches, so we can utilize whatever will serve us best in any particular situation. Since most of us have been well trained in the Masculine, while receiving very little, if any, guidance in the Feminine, our work at this point is to strengthen our Feminine, in the Feminine way. What that means is that we accept, embrace, and love who and what we are right now. We don’t try to focus on a goal and work on becoming that. We practice being with what is. And that means being with our current state of development. We open to our body, sexuality, and emotions and attend to whatever needs healing or growth or strengthening in those areas.

The body, sexuality, and emotion are exactly what the Masculine tends to want to get away from. This has led to traditional warnings to not get caught up in maya or “the world” or “women and gold.” Even pursuing the higher state of love can be used as a way of avoiding the “messier” parts of embodied life in the Masculine mode. By contrast, the Feminine path is to completely embrace what is right now. On that basis, we fully accept and trust that process and where it leads. It’s the opposite of focusing on the end point. It’s about completely surrendering to the present.

My experience is that this is a very effective process. What I especially appreciate is how it brings me to a place where I can meet and join the Masculine within. But I haven’t suppressed or denied anything. I’ve created a foundation of strength and integrity, which then gives me greater capacity to respond from my Masculine and my Feminine.

I urge people to learn more about this process by reading Mary’s instruction in MARY MAGDALENE BECKONS: JOIN THE RIVER OF LOVE. I believe this book offers the fullest explanation of this process, and can help us all to grow beyond our current limits. That is Mary’s great desire. And from the feedback I’ve heard from many people, her guidance is accomplishing just that.

Mary Magdalene: Receiving The Divine Feminine

An Excerpt From

MARY MAGDALENE BECKONS: JOIN THE RIVER OF LOVE

by Mercedes Kirkel

Greetings, beloved ~

I am here. Do not doubt my presence. Doubt is part of your mind. I am here to help free you from your doubting mind.

I have waited two thousand years to come forth, for the turning of the ages when the Divine Feminine can be received, honored, and reinstated in her rightful place as the equal partner and lover of the Divine Masculine. There is much to be done for this to be accomplished, for the Divine Feminine has suffered much repression and denial so that most are afraid of her and no longer know her. I am here to help change that. This is the time for the Feminine to come to the front, to lead in this progression into the new age. It is the time of love and honoring of the Feminine, listening to the Feminine, and allowing the Feminine to lead so that balance may be reestablished and we may become whole.

And what does this mean for all of you? You are in the process of learning to reconnect with, trust, and open to the Feminine within yourself—as your body, your sexuality, your emotions. You are learning to surrender your thinking to pure presence, to surrender your lower mind to the heart. In doing this, the veils surrounding your sacred mind can be lifted, and the marriage of the sacred heart and sacred mind can occur. You are to celebrate that marriage through the ongoing joy of bringing the light into your body, merging it with love, and sending this empowered love-light out into the world.

Many of you have become alienated from the Feminine within yourself. You’ve become afraid and cut off from your body and your emotions and your sexuality and your feeling heart. It will take practice and engagement of these sacred parts of yourself to reopen to these pathways of the Divine within you.

It is not enough to think about this change. It is not enough to gather knowledge. You are tending to be unbalanced with your collecting knowledge about the world, yourself, and what is happening. It can be helpful to understand, but that will not make a difference if it is not balanced with practice and action. It is like raising a child. If you are a parent and are raising a child, it can be helpful to read books, go to classes, and talk with others about raising children. But if that is all you do, you will not serve the children. Most important is what you actually do with the children that will make a difference for them, your engagement with them every day.

Right now, you are in a grand process of transformation and growth, and you are the parent to yourself. The most important thing is your engagement, your practice with yourself on a daily basis. The Feminine parts of yourself have suffered and are shut down, atrophied, from not being embraced and engaged for so long. So now it will take practice and engagement to change that.

There are some who understand this, who have engaged this practice themselves, and who can help you to learn these practices. This one who channels this message is such a one. Now is the time to learn these practices and engage them continually. It will take time, but such a short time compared to the eons of time that these parts of you have been shut down.

Your body is beautiful. Your sexuality is sacred. Your emotions are pathways to God. Your presence is a blessed gift. Your open heart is the most powerful vessel of transformation, of receiving divine light and empowering it with love. Understand this, but do not stop there. Learn the practices for receiving and transmitting love-light through all these channels, and practice this until it becomes a dance, a joy, a beautiful part of who you are and what you bring to all.

I love you most dearly. I champion your transformation, and through that the transformation of your world.

In love and light,

I AM Mary Magdalene

MERCEDES COMMENTARY:

This was the first transmission I received from Mary. I had just begun meditating when I felt a distinct, tangible presence near me. The presence seemed especially strong around my throat, where I clearly sensed a blockage of energy. I focused my intention on releasing whatever obstructions were keeping me from opening my throat center and allowing the energy to come through. Suddenly the voice of Mary Magdalene began to speak through me, and she gave the entire message, exactly as it is written above.

After receiving her communication, I rested for a moment, glowing with the wonder and beauty of what I’d been given. My sense of peace was short-lived, however, as a disturbing thought arose in my consciousness: I probably wouldn’t remember most of what she’d said! Without hesitating, I asked Mary to give me the message again while I typed it into my computer. And she did just that, repeating word for word exactly what she’d expressed the first time. If I had any remaining doubt that she had actually communicated with me, this second round of transmission totally dispelled my disbelief.

By the time she had finished, I felt infused with Mary’s energy and was in a transformed state. I felt blissful, yet balanced and calm: my body was rested, my heart wide open, and my mind clear and energized. I was thrilled to have received this exquisite, powerful message. And I was amazed at her brilliance, not only in terms of the quality of her ideas but also the way she delivered her entire message in perfect form. I simply recorded her words without changing anything, and suddenly I became the custodian of impeccable insight and wisdom.

At a deeper level, I was struck by the love and compassion flowing through her words. These qualities proved to be a hallmark of all her messages: Mary didn’t shy away from speaking directly about any topic, yet she voiced her ideas with kindness and care—as though shining the light of love on areas of darkness or shadow. I was amazed at the way she could address complex topics with grace and economy while still packing an enormous depth of meaning into each sentence. I came to see her style as characteristic of the way a higher-dimensional being thinks and communicates.

Mary began this communication by saying that doubt is part of our mind and that she is here to free us from it. It seems that living with chronic levels of doubt is an effect of separation from the Divine Feminine. When our minds are disconnected from the rest of ourselves—from our bodies, our sexuality, and our emotions (which Mary describes as the Feminine parts of our being)—one result is habitual doubt. I believe she wants to free us from our doubting minds through reuniting us with the Divine Feminine.

Because I have a strong tendency to doubt myself, Mary’s opening statement about doubt felt personal to me. I was immediately confronted with my doubt: Was she actually communicating with me? Or was I just fabricating this whole thing? Was I evolved enough as a spiritual being to be receiving a message from Mary Magdalene? And why would she choose me?

However, as soon as she had connected with me and my feelings of doubt, she moved on to a universal message, which I sensed was what she really wanted to speak about. It was as though she was speaking to me and through me—addressing everyone who experiences doubt in any form, since the roots of doubt reside in our divorce from the Feminine parts of ourselves.

After her initial references to doubt, Mary began speaking directly about the Divine Feminine, saying she’s waited two thousand years—since Yeshua’s life—to bring this message. The Divine Feminine has been suppressed and denied to the point that most of us fear the Feminine and are alienated from that part of life. But now, with the “turning of the ages,” the Divine Feminine is stepping forth to lead us into a new age. We are being called to love, honor, and listen to the Feminine, allowing her to lead us back into balance.

I understand the “turning of the ages” as a reference to a number of things: the transition out of the astrological age of Pisces into the age of Aquarius; the galactic alignment in 2012, which will usher in a new age of unity consciousness; and the predictions that we are on the brink of entering a new epoch in human history, which indigenous peoples sometimes refer to as the fifth world. Mary tells us that this new era is a time when the Divine Feminine can be reinstated in her rightful place as the equal partner and lover of the Divine Masculine.

Mary’s emphasis on creating a foundation of understanding about the Divine Feminine was evident in her tone of calm urgency. I realized that she wants people to understand that right now is a very special time, a time that is significantly different from times past. Through her inspiring, galvanizing words I understood that she is here as an emissary of the Divine Feminine to help guide us into a new chapter in our evolution. As she clearly proclaims, the time has finally come: the Divine Feminine can now take her seat alongside the Divine Masculine. That she has been waiting two thousand years to do so is quite remarkable to me. And her reference to the Divine Feminine as partner to the Divine Masculine strongly evokes her connection with Yeshua, opening a door in my heart of great tenderness and vulnerability as I am reminded of the love bond between them that’s at the core of her revelations.

Every time I return to this first message, I’m struck by Mary’s power as she calls for this change. Yet, her call does not in any sense indicate a desire for the Divine Feminine to take precedence over the Divine Masculine. She’s inviting us to equality, partnership, and ultimately to a union of the two. The Divine Masculine has been deprived of his partner for a very long time, and at last the partnership with her can be reestablished. This union isn’t just “out there” somewhere, outside of us. Mary emphasizes that this same partnership lives within each of us. Thus, she’s simultaneously calling us to partnership in the external world and to our wholeness as individually manifest beings.

Are We Still In The Third Dimension?

After the last blog, I received this question from Keith Vencel:

“I have a question about the channelling with Angel Pietre. In his message, he made me think that we are in the 3rd dimension still. He said “when you get out of the 3rd dimension.” So are we still in the 3rd dimension? And if so, when will we pass into the 4th and 5th? I thought we passed into the 4th and 5th on Dec. 21. 2012.”

I appreciate Keith’s question because I think a lot of people are wondering this same thing. I’ve heard some people say that we’ve already ascended into the fourth or fifth dimension. I personally don’t think that’s the case, at least for most of us. Here’s how I see it.

First of all, it’s important to be aware that different people have put forth different schemas for how many dimensions there are and what each dimension is. So various individuals might be meaning different things when they talk about the fourth or the fifth dimension.

In Mary Magdalene Beckons: Join the River of LoveI explain my map of the dimensions and what I understand to be the makeup of each dimension. Here’s a quote from Chapter 8 that talks about how I see the fourth dimension:

The fourth dimension … is sometimes referred to as the astral plane. In this dimension, we still experience ourselves as individuals in a world of duality, but our world is much more mutable. We’re now aware that our thoughts and feelings create our reality. The laws of time and space are quite fluid, similar to what we experience in our dreams. And like dreams, things can change quickly here.

Because the astral plane is an emotionally based dimension, a person’s level of emotional mastery will determine which parts of the astral dimension they will experience. The lower astral plane, ruled by fear and sorrow, is where we experience nightmares and is often portrayed as hell or the hell-realms. The higher astral plane, characterized by love, is where we experience happiness, harmony, and the higher vibrations that eventually lead us to even higher dimensions. Mary’s focus on our need to learn to respond to painful feelings is aimed at helping us master this emotional plane and move on to the higher realms.

It’s in the fourth dimension that we become aware of our six bodies: the physical, etheric, emotional, mental, causal, and spiritual bodies. The etheric (energy) body acts as an interface between the physical and our other bodies. The emotional body, or astral body, is where we learn emotional mastery, which includes abilities for advanced dreaming, imagination, psychic powers, intuition, magic, and creativity. The mental body is the domain of mastery of our thoughts and the ability to consciously create our reality. The causal body is the source of our sense of self, our conscience, and the record of our soul’s journey through time. Our spiritual body contains our I AM presence, which is our individualized connection to the Supreme Creator as well as the link to the higher dimensions.

I think there are many things that would indicate whether or not an individual is in the fourth dimension. One is that the fourth dimension is like what we experience in our dreams. We still have a body, but it feels much less dense than what we’re used to at the third dimension. And because the physical is less solid, things can change much more easily and quickly, the way they do in dreams. Along with this, whatever we put our attention on, through our emotions or mind, manifests very quickly. As a result, it’s much clearer to us that we’re responsible for everything that we experience, because we’re actually manifesting it.

I think most of us aren’t at the point where we’re continuously living in the state we’re familiar with from our dreams. Nor are we able to immediately manifest whatever we choose. And the majority of people that I know are in varying stages of taking full responsibility for their experiences. So that makes me think that most of us haven’t transitioned to living in the fourth dimension yet.

However, I do think that many of us are having experiences of higher dimensions with increasing frequency. It’s like we’re visiting these higher realms—in our dreams, our meditations, and sometimes in our ordinary life—just the way we visit other realms in our dreams, but then “come back” to the third dimension when we wake up. As we grow spiritually, I believe we’ll spend more and more time in these higher dimensions until, at some point, we cross over. At that point, I believe the fourth dimension will become our next “home base,” or what we call our reality.

I also don’t think we’ll skip over the fourth dimension and go directly into the fifth dimension. I think there are important changes and growth we go through in the fourth dimension that we need for our continued evolution. I do see our time in the fourth dimension as relatively short, compared to other dimensions.

I believe at the fourth dimension we will no longer have illness or aging. We will manifest our bodies to be healthy and youthful and beautiful. We will live much longer, until at some point we choose to let go of our body consciously. We will go beyond the idea of competition and begin to enjoy true cooperation and closeness and sharing in a joyful way. We won’t be bound to survival, because we will manifest whatever we need. So our energy will be put into experiencing the wonderful energies we’re in touch with, including sexual energy and the energy of nature, and exploring the cosmos. We will be able to teleport easily and we will start to understand the nature of reality and creation in a much deeper way.

Speaking personally, I have had experiences of traveling to the fourth dimension in my merkaba (light-body), and I was very aware of how it’s different from what I experience at the third dimension. I will be sharing some of those experiences as part of my next book. I found it to be a wonderful place and look forward to having that be my home.

One last thing I want to say is that the next two blogs will be parts 1 and 2 of a channeled message from Archangel Michael and Isis. They talk a lot more about the fourth dimension and how we’re in the midst of transitioning into it. They also talk about the timeline for making this transition. So reading that will shed further light on this whole topic.

Mary Magdalene: The Dark Night of the Soul

An Excerpt from

Mary Magdalene Beckons: Join the River of Love

by Mercedes Kirkel

Message from Mary Magdalene:

Beloved ~

Yes, I want to talk to you about the dark night of the soul. This is a very mysterious concept to many of you. Most of you have a place within you that you’re afraid of going, something that brings up too much pain. The dark night of the soul is about facing your fear and pain and going into it rather than avoiding it.

What happens when you do that? It is not what you fear. There is an initial period in which you feel your fear, feel your pain, whatever it is. There is often a feeling of expansion with this, since you usually have shrunk back or contracted away from the pain or fear. There is a sense of relaxing and opening as your feeling nature expands into your whole experience. At some point, often sooner than you would expect, a shift happens. At that point, your experience changes to one of trust and peace, perhaps a sense of being carried—as in carried by a river rather than fighting against the current.

What has happened is that you have connected with the beings of light that are there to support you, to carry you. The pain may or may not go away, but your experience of it is different because you are in the light. The light is stronger—and you are more attracted to it—than your pain. You have entered the River of Light, and it is now cleansing and guiding you.

Your job as humans is to stay in this River of Light. That is your true heart’s refuge and calling. It doesn’t take you away from life. It takes you into true life. This is the river that truly quenches our thirst.

All people eventually, sooner or later, come to the dark night of the soul. There may be more than one dark night, depending on the person’s design for their lifetime, the depth to which they let themselves go into their pain or fear, and the depth with which they connect with the River of Light. All connections with the River of Light are divine gifts that move us further in our path of growing in love and light.

With all my blessings,

I AM Mary Magdalene

Commentary from Mercedes Kirkel:

Mary’s discussion of the dark night of the soul continues her instructions from the previous transmission about turning to God when we’re in pain and asking for God’s help. Now, she gives us an actual step-by-step practice for how to connect with God through fully experiencing our fear and pain.

Mary acknowledges that the dark night of the soul is a mysterious concept for many people. She explains that most of us have a place within our being—some part of ourselves—that we don’t want to experience because it brings up too much pain. The dark night of the soul is about facing our fear and pain, about going into it rather than avoiding it. Most of us are afraid to open to our pain because we imagine doing so will invite in too much suffering. We may picture ourselves sinking in a quicksand of agony, possibly becoming so overwhelmed that we die of pain. These deep-seated fears activate our instinct for survival. But in reality, when we go into our pain, something very different occurs.

Mary tells us there’s an initial period of simply feeling the pain, which includes feeling the fear associated with it. And so we feel both our fear and our pain. As we continue opening to our feelings, we’ll experience a sense of expansion, a sense of relaxing and opening.  Where before, out of fear, we contracted or shrank away from the pain, now the contraction begins to unwind and release as it is replaced by expansion, relaxation, and openness. We experience our feeling nature as it extends again into our whole being.

At some point in this process, we undergo a shift as we feel lifted out of our distress. Mary points out that this release often occurs sooner than we expect, countering our tendency to assume that we’re going to be stuck in misery without end. Even if the conviction that we will never get beyond the pain does arise, we can boost our faith by remembering that this state is temporary and absolutely will change. I have consistently found that the process works exactly as Mary describes. Even so, during the early stage of opening, I still notice my deep-seated belief that I’ll get lost in my anguish and be overwhelmed by suffering. This is why I find it invaluable to be aware that an integral part of the dark night of the soul is my initial assumption that my pain will last forever. Now, when that thought arises, I see it as a sign that the process is under way, and I continue to open, knowing that a shift will occur.

What is this shift? Mary describes it perfectly as a shift to trust and peace, perhaps a sense of being carried—as by a river—rather than fighting against the current. I find this description affects me viscerally. I can tangibly feel the transition from a somatic state of fear and contraction to one of trust and peace. I notice that my belly relaxes and my breathing drops lower in my body. My state of growing relaxation is deepened by the image of relaxing my fight against the current and allowing myself to be carried by the river. I feel a sense of lightness and ease, along with the experience of trust and peace.

Mary explains what has occurred: we have connected with beings of light who are literally supporting and carrying us. She calls this entering the River of Light, an experience that cleanses us of our fear and guides us. While the pain may or may not go away, we are changed because we are in the light, and the light is stronger than the darkness of our pain. As we are drawn to experience the light, our pain will inevitably recede, if not go away altogether.

I picture the original pain and accompanying fear as a pitch-black cave. The cave represents the dark night of the soul. When we choose to open to pain, we choose to enter into the shadows of the cavity. Stepping inside, we allow our consciousness to expand to the cavern’s full dimensions. We feel its cool, moist surfaces. We may still fear that the darkness and the unknown will overwhelm us, yet another part of us whispers that opening to the cave is the best option and urges us to trust the process. We begin to have a sense of letting go and relaxation as we release our resistance to experiencing whatever exists here. At a certain point, we’re drawn to the other side of the cave, which opens into a River of Light. We give ourselves to the river, experiencing a great depth of trust and peace. As we let ourselves be carried by the beings of light that form this river, we’re cleansed and guided to where we need to be. Our pain becomes more distant as the light of the river replaces the darkness of our fear.

The process Mary describes reminds me of Elisabeth Kübler- Ross’s model of the stages of grief that people experience in coming to terms with death. These stages—denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance—seem similar to Mary’s description of the first part of the dark night of the soul, where we expand into the cave of our fears and eventually come to acceptance. Mary’s elucidation of opening to the light reminds me of accounts of people at the edge of death who have seen angels or various manifestations of light and experienced great bliss and peace. Mary suggests that we can have these experiences not only at death, but during life as well.

In fact, Mary tells us that the River of Light takes us into “true life” and that our job as humans is to stay in the river. She’s not just talking about an isolated, one-time event. The River of Light is a state we can continue to experience. In so doing, she tells us, we realize our true heart’s refuge and calling, which “truly quenches our thirst.”

Just hearing Mary’s description stokes my longing for union with this river and for the place in my heart to which it connects me. I feel the trust and peace the river carries us to. It’s a place I know in my soul, and yet the path there still surprises me: that surrendering into pain leads to such beauty. I’m heartened by the awareness that each time I engage this process of letting go into pain, I’m strengthened in my ability to stay connected to the River of Light. Residing in this river has become my spiritual path.

I believe that opening fully into any moment will take us to the River of Light and the heart’s refuge. And yet, pain is a particular gift for supporting us to merge with our experience. It’s like an alarm that keeps going off to remind us that something’s not right. If we heed the warning, pain provides a unique form of help, guiding us all the way through to our very depths and beyond. However, our painful places are also the ones that most of us tend to avoid. Mary points to our avoidance of pain as the biggest stumbling block to uniting with God. I think that’s why she’s so insistent about focusing on pain in her communications. She sees we need it. Merging fully with our experience, to the point of total unity or oneness, is the way through to our next step in spiritual evolution. And because it’s a process of surrender, it’s a particularly Feminine path she’s bringing forth—for both men and women.

Mary makes it clear that, sooner or later, everyone will experience at least one dark night of the soul. She urges us to recognize it as a doorway and make good use of it. As her final words affirm, “All connections with the River of Light are divine gifts that move us further in our path of growing in love and light.”

OPENING TO PAIN

1. Notice you’re in pain.

2. Choose to fully experience and open to the pain.

3. Merge with the pain by relaxing and expanding into it.

4. Allow the pain to take you to Source (inner divine qualities).

5. Experience the shift into peace as you begin to flow with the River of Light.

6. Rest in connection to God.

7. Let God direct your actions.

Was Mary Magdalene Jesus’ Wife? New Harvard findings corroborate information given to author Mercedes Kirkel.

A Harvard divinity professor has made front-page news with the announcement of a newly revealed papyrus, offering fresh evidence that Jesus may have been married. The fragments of text on the fourth century paper include Jesus speaking the words “my wife” and “Mary Magdalene” in Coptic, an Egyptian language. This revelation is no surprise to Mercedes Kirkel,  Santa Fe resident and author of the newly released book Mary Magdalene Beckons: Join the River of Love, in which Mary Magdalene tells about her life and relationship with Jesus.

“In the summer of 2010, I had the incredible blessing of receiving twenty-five messages from Mary Magdalene over the course of a month,” stated Kirkel. “In one of the messages, Mary described her bond to Jesus as holy husband and wife. She said they were both prepared for their relationship through their spiritual training in various sacred traditions. This included instruction in sacred sexuality, which Mary explained was ‘a process of transforming our bodies into light and love, in service to our destinies.’”

Mary also reveals in the book that both she and Jesus knew it would be 2000 years before humanity was ready to hear her story and receive her in her role as teacher and embodiment of the Divine Feminine. Throughout her messages, Mary emphasized the importance of both men and women understanding and strengthening their own Feminine, through changing the way they relate to their bodies, sexuality, and emotions, along with releasing limitations in their thinking. Her focused instruction in these arenas is offered as a means to open the heart, so that “the marriage of the sacred heart and sacred mind can occur.” According to Kirkel, “This is the marriage that Mary is most passionate about, just as Jesus’ teaching was all about us and our spiritual transformation.”

Authors Stuart Wilson and Joanna Prentis  (Power of the Magdalene and The Magdalene Version) have said, “It is clear to us that Mary’s words contained in Mary Magdalene Beckons are part of a pure transmission of her teaching that is now being restored to the world. If you want to hear the real voice of Mary Magdalene, we recommend . . . this book.”

Mary Magdalene Beckons is available through Amazon U.S. and Europe and through the website www.marymagdalenebeckons.com. It will be available in local bookstores in October. The website also contains a video of Kirkel telling the story of how Mary Magdalene began coming to her.
