Seven-Chakra Tantra™
SEVEN-CHAKRA TANTRA™ is a spiritual practice brought through by Mercedes Kirkel. It is founded on uniting Consciousness and Love through all the chakras, or subtle-energy centers, of the body.
“SEVEN-CHAKRA TANTRA is a spiritual practice for uniting Consciousness and Love through all the chakras, or subtle-energy centers, of the body.”
The term “Tantra” is a Vedic (ancient Indian) word that refers to the weaving together or uniting of opposites as a method for realizing spiritual union or wholeness. For a full explanation of what Tantra is, click here.

Second Chakra (emotional/sexual center) ~ Located in the region of our genitals and slightly above the first chakra, this energy-center is focused on our etheric energy body, which includes our emotions, sexuality, sensitivity to our own and others’ energy, and relationships.
The practice of fullness in this chakra includes valuing and expressing our emotions, energy, and sexuality to enrich life; healing emotional wounds from our past, including shame relative to our body and sexuality; sacred relationships and sexuality; raising children consciously; and engaging our Spirit-inspired passion.
Third Chakra (solar plexus) ~ Located in the soft-tissue region above our navel, this energy-center is focused on our personal power, which includes our rational/thinking mind, will, intention, life-purpose, career, and relationship with money.
