MARY MAGDALENE: You Are Starved for the Feminine

QUESTION: I’ve studied A Course in Miracles and I like some of the lessons. But the way it’s written upsets me. I feel angry that it’s so much in the Masculine, with pages that just say “He,” “him,” “his,” “brothers,” etc. I don’t believe that’s the way Yeshua spoke. I want to hear the Sacred Feminine, using the Feminine words that I believe Yeshua spoke in Aramaic.
MARY MAGDALENE: This is the beginning, right now, of this changing. When I say “right now” you must understand time. Right now is, for many, a vast period of time. But in terms of eternity, in terms of the wholeness of time, it is a very, very short period of time.
I came with Yeshua. We came to teach together and we knew the world was not ready. We gave our teaching. Those who had ears to hear, heard. What was recorded, and what was brought through in your world, was primarily the Masculine, because that was what most people were ready for. Now that is changing.
A Course in Miracles is an example, just as you sense, of a Masculine teaching in separation from the Feminine. A Course in Miracles contains gifts, just as you have received. The Masculine has very important gifts. Most of you are well on your way in receiving the Masculine gifts, because this has been so greatly supported in your world.
Most of you are starved for the Feminine, starved. It is not just your culture that is starved. It is not just your politics that is starved. It is your inner being that is starved for the Feminine. This is as true in your spiritual world as in all your other worlds. Most of those who teach in the spiritual world are men. But this perspective is not limited to men. Men and women alike have been denied the Feminine.
This is my work, to bring forth the Feminine. I am not alone—there are others. But it is specifically what I have come to do. It is the reason that so many respond to me, especially women.
The world was never successful in denying the Feminine. It never was truly possible. But your minds have been greatly fooled. Most of you need great help finding your way out of the labyrinth of your mind. When you do, your mind will be of great service to you. The mind is a tremendous gift from God. But it was never meant to be a gift to be used against the Feminine.
As I have spoken all along, and especially as was brought through in the messages that are recorded in Mary Magdalene Beckons, the work for all of you is to first and foremost bring in the Feminine within yourself. This means bringing forth the Feminine through your body, sexuality, and emotions.
You will probably notice that these three arenas—your body, sexuality, and emotions—are not very popular in most spiritual teachings. Many teachings go so far as to say these are the things that are the blocks to your spiritual growth. They teach that if you want to grow, you must separate yourself from your body, sexuality, and emotions. Many teachings assert that your body, sexuality, and/or emotions are not real and they are what will hold you back from your spiritual growth.
This is very sad. This is the perspective of the Masculine separated from the Feminine It was never Yeshua’s intention for that to be his teaching. Your intuitions are, of course, your truth. And your anger is your way of saying “No!” It is a way of calling back your power.
When people have given away their power, there is a stage they go through of great anger, often rage. In shamanic terms, this is understood as bringing back a piece of your soul that you have let wander away. So your anger is important. Anger is not to be denied. Yet it is to your benefit, and as directly as you are able, to get underneath the anger.
What is underneath is great grieving for what you have lost, what you have given away, what you have been separated from. So allow the anger to arise, but protect yourself and others. Do not make others a target of your anger. Do not make yourself a target of your anger. Let the anger lead to what is underneath. And there will be wailing and grieving. Then you can begin the process of reconnecting with the great Feminine.
Grieving is very unpopular in your world. People are often told not to grieve. People are told strategies to suppress grief, to deny it and move on with their life. But grieving is essential. Grieving is what grows you, in your soul. Grieving is what heals the pains. Grieving is not meant to be an eternal state that you get stuck in. The reason most people get stuck in grief is because they do not allow it. Grieving is therefore scary to many people. They have not seen how to grieve. They have not seen others grieve and understood that it is safe. They have not felt welcomed in their grief. So it takes courage to allow grief.
At this time, which is the beginning of the Feminine coming forth, your process is to let your anger turn to grief. You must let the grief go all the way down in your body to your second chakra, which is its home. Let it begin to open your second chakra and to purify you. Let it allow your beautiful Feminine energy to flow once again.
You are bringing this forth. You are a clear visionary and you are standing for this truth. So allow it in yourself. Stand for and as the Feminine, through allowing this process of grief in yourself, all the way through to opening your second chakra and your Feminine energy. Through that, be a demonstration to others that this is the way.
QUESTIONER: So then it’s alright if the grief and the anger come up? It’s OK to just express the grief?
MARY MAGDALENE: OK with who?
QUESTIONER: You. [laughter]
MARY MAGDALENE: See if it’s OK with you.
QUESTIONER: If it feels right.
MARY MAGDALENE: Yes.

QUESTION: Would you be willing to make any comments on the timing of the ascension process?
MARY MAGDALENE: It is not up to me. It is up to all of you. It could happen very soon, although that is less likely to be the case.
It is the desire of all that this happen as harmoniously and easefully as possible. It is very likely that this will be over a longer period of time. It could stretch anywhere from a few years, which would be extremely fast, to a few hundred years, which is actually amazingly fast, from our point of view.
Truly it is up to humans—not necessarily individually, and yet you each make a difference.
And with that, I will close for now.
I love you all so very much. I thank you all for what you do—the parts that you realize and the parts you may not even be aware of. I thank you from the depths of my being and the fullness of my heart.

MARY MAGDALENE: Helping Others Heal Blocks

QUESTION: I work with women who have blocks to do with the body, sexuality, and emotions. Can you speak to some effective ways that I might be able to help them?
MARY MAGDALENE: It depends where these blocks come from. Often they come from some kind of trauma or abuse. If that’s the case, they need to heal that abuse. The healing does not need to be long and protracted to be effective. It’s not even necessary to go back into the past. Oftentimes going back into the past doesn’t facilitate healing. Everything that needs to be healed is always presenting itself in the present. So everything that is necessary to heal is with you now, in the present time. And this is where the healing can be done, by those who understand this. So if the block originated from trauma or abuse, healing will very likely be necessary.
If the block is more from cultural adaptation and training, then these people very likely need to have new education and training. This can happen through many forms. It can happen through learning, books, videos, or hearing other people teaching about these things.
It can happen through experiences that people have with sexuality, body image, or emotions. These can be experiences that people have in life, or experiences that are orchestrated through things like workshops, which can help people very much.
People need to understand that they’re suffering from these blocks. They may need help understanding that they’re suffering and are limiting themselves.
People also need to be moved to want to heal their blocks. Oftentimes what people need are the stories of others who have healed or who never had those blocks. This can help them to see things differently.
Hands on healing can be helpful, too. There are many forms and many ways.
One of the most important things is for those who have blocks to pray and ask for help. Asking is always so important. If you are helping others who are suffering from these blocks, this is another way you can support them —by supporting them in praying and asking for help. They can ask for healing, opening, and transformation.

Freeing God’s Gender-Identity

As many of you know, I am in the process of creating the new spirituality of COMMUNIONTM, which is focused on supporting people in “the ascension process,” or the transition to higher planes of reality. The guidance for this spiritual path has come through Mary Magdalene, and it has everything to do with uniting the Masculine and Feminine as our next step in the ascension process.
I have asked for feedback to my vision of COMMUNION and recently I received this from someone:
I would like to suggest names for the divine other than “God,” because for me that implies that the divine is male only and excludes the Divine Feminine. The word “God” is fraught with such a destructive and painful history on this planet. Wars have been fought in the name of God. People have been excluded, oppressed, and even killed in the name of God. I think that names such as Great Spirit, All That Is, the divine, Divine Father/Mother, etc. give us a broader image of the divine that does not assign a particular gender to it or exclude the other gender.
I appreciated this person offering their feedback, because I believe that whenever anyone has a concern, they are often representing a whole sector of people who feel similarly. I offered my response, explaining why I chose to use the word “God.” Afterward, I felt moved to share my explanation with everyone, because I believe there are others who hold this same question. Here’s what I wrote, which I share with the permission of the person I wrote it to:
I used to have the same reaction to the word “God,” and much preferred other words, including the ones you’re suggesting, for the same reasons.
When Mary started coming to me, she very specifically used the word “God,” and she used it with tremendous love and devotion, just the way you’d relate to the most beloved being you could possibly imagine, because that’s exactly what God is for her. She helped me to change my relationship to the word “God.” I came to love the term “God,” and what it referred to, the way that she does.
I absolutely know that Mary is not excluding the Feminine when she speaks of God. She could just as well say “Mother-Father God” or “Father-Mother God,” and sometimes she does. But she prefers to just say “God,” I think because it feels more personal and direct and intimate. I would say that for her, God is beyond gender and inclusive of all genders. God is absolute love and light. That definitely includes the Feminine, I have no doubt of that.
I hope that’s helpful to you. I hope that you’re able to go through the kind of healing I went through, in whatever way it happens for you, because it won’t necessarily take the form it took for me. I know now how wonderful it is to love God, unreservedly. The things that happened in the past that people connected with the term “God,” were about the people who did those things. Let the healing occur with them, so that you can become free in your relationship with God.
I was very amazed whenever Mary talked about painful things that were done by others in relation to her. She didn’t hold any anger or resentment toward them. She was clear that those things were about them and not her, and she wasn’t taking on their karma or pain. It was a profound demonstration for me.
I hope that’s helpful to you. My heart is touched by your honesty and I sense your longing of wanting to heal this. May it be so.

MARY MAGDALENE: What Happened in the Resurrection and After

QUESTION: I was wondering if you could talk about the resurrection and where you guys went afterwards?
MARY MAGDALENE: Yes. I have been careful in speaking about this because there are many varying beliefs. Oftentimes these beliefs are helpful to people, in some form or another, until they are ready to move on and let go of that belief to something greater.
It is important to understand that Yeshua and myself—but especially Yeshua at his time of incarnating two thousand years ago—were working on many, many levels, with many, many beings. Not only human beings, but many, many beings. He worked in many different ways to try to support so many, finding the way that would be most helpful for them.
At that time, and even continuing until today, there were many who understood things in very physical, three-dimensional ways. There were many beliefs about the way that God would show his- or herself to human beings. For many, these beliefs included the idea that there would be a death and a resurrection. So this was part of what was decided, based on what would be helpful for many beings and what would support them in their connection to God in a way that they could access and open to.
So it was understood—by Yeshua, myself, and others who were considered to be part of the inner circle—that this would require Yeshua to go through the death process. This occurred in the crucifixion. This was done to help people understand what happens after death, in a way that was accessible for them. When Yeshua appeared in his light body to various people after the crucifixion, this was a validation for them of their expectation of what would occur. It was also a validation that God had truly manifested in human form, because it fit their ideas.
Truly Yeshua has always been able to appear in his light body. He is not unique in this. There are others who have manifested in their light bodies. This is more known in the Indian tradition than most other places, where there are beings who are able to do things that seem like miracles to many. Yeshua was certainly able to do all of that. But it was not because he had gone through the crucifixion and the death process. It was because of his advanced state of being. His advanced state is a vision of where you are moving toward, what you will be able to do as you grow and become more skilled in the higher dimensions and the abilities associated with those dimensions.
So that was one aspect of what Yeshua was doing in the crucifixion and afterward. There were also other aspects. Those of us in the inner circle knew that he would go into the death realm and we had prepared for this. The tomb was prepared by Joseph of Arimathea. The healers of the Essene community, who were greatly skilled in the arts of healing, were prepared, which included myself and Mother Mary.
When Yeshua was brought into the tomb he was healed, tended to, and brought back. Not brought back in the form of the story that is told in Christianity of a God-being who resurrected. But brought back in a form that many of you know, who die and come back into earthly form. In your world today this is often called a near-death experience. Yeshua, being skilled in the abilities of the light body, knew how to maintain his connection to his physical body. He knew how to go into the light body realm and yet be able to come back, with the assistance of healers for his physical body. This is what was done. So he returned into human form. Those of you today who go through a near-death experience are not usually related to as having resurrected.
[Audience laughter]
And, in fact, we knew that this is what had happened for Yeshua.
A plan had been devised to allow Yeshua’s work to continue on many levels, including safety for him and his family. It was also to open the minds of those who were relating to him in the simpler form I spoke of earlier and who believed in the idea of resurrection. The plan was that he would disappear. And so he did. He left with myself and those closest to him. Initially we traveled to Egypt. From there, we went to a part of what is now called Turkey. And eventually, we went to France. From there, there were other travels. Yeshua traveled a great deal, both in his light body and his physical body. But that was where we moved immediately after the crucifixion. Does that answer your question?
QUESTIONER: Yes, thank you.
MARY MAGDALENE: You are welcome.
QUESTIONER: I think that was a question many of us had.
MARY MAGDALENE: Many of you have a very direct connection to Yeshua, or myself, or both of us, from that time period. Many of you were involved in some form or another. You have specifically come back at this time to help the change that is underway. You are supporting the opening that we initiated at that time, but which is only coming to fruition now, because the soil is now ready. The hearts and minds of beings have become fertile soil for this opening, for the seed to burst forth into manifestation. Many of you are finding your own connection to that time. It is awakening and that is a good thing. I welcome you.

MARY MAGDALENE: What the Fourth Dimension Is Like

QUESTION: What is it like being in the physical body and working in the fourth dimension?
MARY MAGDALENE: It’s a lot easier! [laughter]
Truly, one of the hallmarks of the fourth dimension is ease. There’s a sense of letting go, being carried, like floating in a river, a river of God.
It is not all bliss. It is not that every situation in your life is easeful or delightful. But your relationship to it, in general, is one of ease. It is what many people might call grace. If you have ever been in a situation where you said “It was so graceful” or “I really felt myself in a state of grace”—that is another way of describing the fourth dimensional experience.
You suddenly find that what you need is coming to you. The people you need to connect with are there. The resources you need are available. You have the time, or even if you don’t have the time, everything seems to happen in the perfect time. And there is a sense of ease and flow about things.

QUESTIONER: Yes thank you.
MARY MAGDALENE: You are welcome.
There is an expression some of you have called “being in the zone.” That’s an example of a fourth dimensional experience.
QUESTIONER: That was affirming, thank you for that.
MARY MAGDALENE: When you become stronger in the fourth dimension, manifestation will become very easeful for you. Some of you already have this in the dream state, where you had a thought and it immediately manifests. This will become your ability in the fourth dimension, also. To the degree that you are aware that you are manifesting now, you are aware of one stage of fourth-dimensional ability.
There is manifestation in the third dimension as well, but it usually feels very difficult. It takes a lot of work, a lot of effort and muscle, and usually is very slow. As you move into the fourth dimension the manifestation will become faster and faster, more and more easeful, until it becomes instantaneous. Eventually you will learn to direct your mind and whatever you direct your mind toward will manifest.
For most of you, this is a process. Many of you are starting to become aware of and more skilled at your abilities to manifest. That is an example of a fourth dimensional ability and state, too.

QUESTION: What insight can you give about the Ark of the Covenant?
MARY MAGDALENE: The Ark of the Covenant is a particular transmission that was both energetic and knowledge. It was given a very long time ago by ancient ones from other places to help the Earth, and the beings of the Earth, over time. It was known that it would be a very long process for Earth beings to be ready and able to make use of this knowledge and energy.
The Ark of the Covenant has been blessing your Earth for a very long time. There is more that is waiting to come through at the optimum time. It is not a given when this will be. It is very possible that it could be in the present, or very near future, because of the changes that so many are undergoing and the transformation that is underway amongst humans.
Many, many people have parts in this unfolding. It is quite vast and all the parts are important.

MARY MAGDALENE: How to Develop Your Light Body

Question: Can you give any advice or a to-do list for developing one’s light body?
Mary Magdalene: Yes. Developing one’s light body is important. It is something that many do not realize. Even those who realize its importance don’t necessarily know the specific practical steps to take to engage this. So I thank you for this question.
The foundation of the light body is the etheric energy system, which, in human form, revolves around the chakras. Any chakra work that individuals do is very helpful for developing the grid of your internal light body.
Sacred sexuality is an excellent practice for developing your light body. The practices I gave, which were recorded by Mercedes in her second book, Sublime Union, can certainly be used for opening and strengthening your light body.
There are meditation practices that are very helpful for opening the light body. Many of the meditation processes that have been traditionally taught in your spiritual traditions and paths are consciousness meditations. These are excellent for developing the more Masculine aspect of yourself and your Masculine connection to God. However, these are not the same as energy meditations.
Energy meditations are excellent for support of your Feminine manifestation and your Feminine connection to God, which includes your energy body. These energy meditations involve the chakras, the heart, activating the pineal gland, opening your third eye, bringing light into the body, activating your merkaba, and practices with the breath. Breath is food for the energy body. All of these practices open, support, stabilize, and grow your energy body and your relationship to your energy body. So these are very valuable.
Many people find that one form of meditation or another may be more accessible to them. For some people, the more traditional, Masculine-oriented, consciousness-focusing meditation is more natural. For some people it is less natural. For the latter, energy meditation may be much easier and more accessible. It is very valuable to find the kind of meditation that is most accessible and helpful for you and to practice that form of meditation.
The fourth dimension is a very energetically based dimension. As you begin to transition and grow into the fourth dimension, developing your energy body becomes increasingly important. You can certainly learn these practices once you’re in the fourth dimension. But you will have a much easier time if you prepare yourself beforehand and begin to develop this part of yourself. So I highly recommend cultivating these energy practices now, because most people are in the midst of this process of moving into the fourth dimension.

Questioner: Yes.
When does one actually become able to transfer one’s consciousness to the light body?
Mary Magdalene: It is not so much about transferring your consciousness to the light body. Rather, you are integrating your consciousness and your light body. These two parts are more and more acting in concert and in harmony with each other. As you strengthen and develop your light body, this will happen naturally. It is not something you need to create or consciously intend. It will happen organically.
Is there more about this that I can help you with?
Questioner: Can you hang out for a few hours? [Audience laughter.]
Mary Magdalene: As you connect with your higher self, you can ask your higher self to direct you as to what you should do.
All of you experience your light body in your dreams. You know this part of yourself.
Many of you have experienced your light body at other times, as well. Perhaps you’ve experienced your light body in meditation or other spiritual activities. You might have experienced it through out-of-body experiences, near-death experiences, or under the influence of drugs. You may have experienced your light body when you were very tired or when you were in that in-between state, where you’re not fully conscious and not really asleep. If you have done shamanic work or journey work, you may have experienced your light body through that. There are many ways you can know your light body. You might be more connected to it than you’re acknowledging, even to yourself.
For many, there is continued growth and development to be done relative to the light body. This would be most valuable to undertake. There are teachers who can help you with this. Mercedes has skills and tools relative to this, and there are others, also. Working with a teacher can be most helpful.

MARY MAGDALENE: Reconnecting with God When You’re Suffering

Question: I have a tendency to suffer when I see suffering. I tend to feel that suffering in my own heart, and there is a lot of suffering on the planet right now. I would love to hear ways to work with that so that I can be of service and not add to the suffering.
Mary Magdalene: Yes. When you are affected by suffering, it is important to go to what is underneath the suffering. There is always something underneath, what I have called your inner divine qualities, that the suffering is arising out of, something that you have gotten disconnected from in some way, by what you have experienced. It may be most helpful if I show you with a direct example. If you could tell me some circumstance where this has happened for you, I would like to work with you around a particular example. Are you open to that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: Can you describe a circumstance where you are aware of suffering and it causes suffering for you?
Questioner: The closest example would be my son, although I often experience this in terms of suffering on the planet, and the Middle East for example. But my heart just went right to my son.
When my husband and I separated he was eight years old. I left him and my husband. That has caused me a lot of suffering, probably guilt. I’ve also anticipated suffering in my son from that experience of my leaving him and the separation of our family through all those changes in our relationships. I see him not being able to form relationships on a deeper level, one after another after another. I fear that that’s partly my fault or that I contributed to that process for him.
Mary Magdalene: Thank you. This is a good example you have given. Part of what is going on in this example is that there is a mixture of judgment, as well as natural feeling going on. It sounds like you are judging yourself as having done something wrong in making the choice to separate from your son in this way. Is that accurate?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: This is where guilt comes from, because guilt always involves some level of judgment that you have done something wrong. So the first step is to clear out the judgment. You did this through awareness, through noticing what the judgments are.
Are there other judgments you are aware of, or is this pretty much the only one, that “I’ve done something wrong by separating”?
Questioner: Do you mean relative to that situation?
Mary Magdalene: Yes.
Questioner: That I was selfish.
Mary Magdalene: So these are both good examples of judgments. “I did the wrong thing” and “I was selfish; I hurt my son.” Does that sound accurate?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: What you want to do in this process is simply set those judgments aside for now, through your awareness, so that you can look at what’s underneath the judgment. Can you do that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: Alright. Underneath the judgment will be feelings. Are you aware of feelings that arise when you do that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: What are those feelings?
Questioner: Lots of love for my own process, but also for my son.
Mary Magdalene: I am wondering if there are also painful feelings?
Questioner: Yes, definitely.
Mary Magdalene: What are the painful feelings?
Questioner: Feeling that I harmed him, that I hurt him in a deep, deep way.
Mary Magdalene: So I would call those thoughts, actually judgmental thoughts. The feeling would be an emotion that would go with that—how you would feel having that thought. Do you feel pain? Do you feel sadness?
Questioner: I feel pain and sadness.
Mary Magdalene: Yes, that would seem natural. So those are the feelings that are separate from your thoughts. It is the feelings that will guide you to this deeper part of yourself. The feelings are emanating out of something within yourself, part of your beautiful God nature that you’ve gotten disconnected from in this particular circumstance.
I am going to make a guess of what that deeper part might be and you can tell me if this is right or wrong. You don’t need to explain if it’s wrong. Just say, “No, I don’t think that’s it.”
Are you feeling pain and sorrow because you want to contribute to your son’s well being?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: And you care about his wellbeing.
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: What I invite you to do is to go to the place in yourself where you know what it is to care for another’s well being and contribute to it. Connect with that part of yourself. When you feel it and experience it, let me know.
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: What does that part of yourself feel like? What do you feel when you connect to it?
Questioner: I feel my heart. I feel how easy it is to love when I’m connected to my heart.
Mary Magdalene: Yes. This is a part of you. It’s a part of your inner divinity—the part of you that knows the fullness of contributing to another and caring for their wellbeing. Yes?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: When you reconnect to it, you reconnect to God as a part of yourself. Can you feel that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: So now you can bring this to this circumstance, in the present time. You can come to this circumstance from this part of yourself that knows what it is to contribute and care for another. And that can inform you how to act, what you want to do. Can you feel that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: This is how suffering can guide you to reconnecting with some part of your God nature that you’ve gotten disconnected from though some painful circumstance. That is what you’re really suffering, your own inner disconnection. The true suffering is being disconnected from God. Whenever you’re suffering you can do this process. Doing this work will guide you back into full reconnection with God, through yourself. Then you can bring that to that circumstance and act from that place of God-wholeness. Is that clear?
