MARY MAGDALENE: What the Fourth Dimension Is Like

QUESTION: What is it like being in the physical body and working in the fourth dimension?
MARY MAGDALENE: It’s a lot easier! [laughter]
Truly, one of the hallmarks of the fourth dimension is ease. There’s a sense of letting go, being carried, like floating in a river, a river of God.
It is not all bliss. It is not that every situation in your life is easeful or delightful. But your relationship to it, in general, is one of ease. It is what many people might call grace. If you have ever been in a situation where you said “It was so graceful” or “I really felt myself in a state of grace”—that is another way of describing the fourth dimensional experience.
You suddenly find that what you need is coming to you. The people you need to connect with are there. The resources you need are available. You have the time, or even if you don’t have the time, everything seems to happen in the perfect time. And there is a sense of ease and flow about things.

MARY MAGDALENE: You are welcome.
There is an expression some of you have called “being in the zone.” That’s an example of a fourth dimensional experience.
QUESTIONER: That was affirming, thank you for that.
MARY MAGDALENE: When you become stronger in the fourth dimension, manifestation will become very easeful for you. Some of you already have this in the dream state, where you had a thought and it immediately manifests. This will become your ability in the fourth dimension, also. To the degree that you are aware that you are manifesting now, you are aware of one stage of fourth-dimensional ability.
There is manifestation in the third dimension as well, but it usually feels very difficult. It takes a lot of work, a lot of effort and muscle, and usually is very slow. As you move into the fourth dimension the manifestation will become faster and faster, more and more easeful, until it becomes instantaneous. Eventually you will learn to direct your mind and whatever you direct your mind toward will manifest.
For most of you, this is a process. Many of you are starting to become aware of and more skilled at your abilities to manifest. That is an example of a fourth dimensional ability and state, too.

QUESTION: What insight can you give about the Ark of the Covenant?
MARY MAGDALENE: The Ark of the Covenant is a particular transmission that was both energetic and knowledge. It was given a very long time ago by ancient ones from other places to help the Earth, and the beings of the Earth, over time. It was known that it would be a very long process for Earth beings to be ready and able to make use of this knowledge and energy.
The Ark of the Covenant has been blessing your Earth for a very long time. There is more that is waiting to come through at the optimum time. It is not a given when this will be. It is very possible that it could be in the present, or very near future, because of the changes that so many are undergoing and the transformation that is underway amongst humans.
Many, many people have parts in this unfolding. It is quite vast and all the parts are important.

MARY MAGDALENE: How to Develop Your Light Body

Question: Can you give any advice or a to-do list for developing one’s light body?
Mary Magdalene: Yes. Developing one’s light body is important. It is something that many do not realize. Even those who realize its importance don’t necessarily know the specific practical steps to take to engage this. So I thank you for this question.
The foundation of the light body is the etheric energy system, which, in human form, revolves around the chakras. Any chakra work that individuals do is very helpful for developing the grid of your internal light body.
Sacred sexuality is an excellent practice for developing your light body. The practices I gave, which were recorded by Mercedes in her second book, Sublime Union, can certainly be used for opening and strengthening your light body.
There are meditation practices that are very helpful for opening the light body. Many of the meditation processes that have been traditionally taught in your spiritual traditions and paths are consciousness meditations. These are excellent for developing the more Masculine aspect of yourself and your Masculine connection to God. However, these are not the same as energy meditations.
Energy meditations are excellent for support of your Feminine manifestation and your Feminine connection to God, which includes your energy body. These energy meditations involve the chakras, the heart, activating the pineal gland, opening your third eye, bringing light into the body, activating your merkaba, and practices with the breath. Breath is food for the energy body. All of these practices open, support, stabilize, and grow your energy body and your relationship to your energy body. So these are very valuable.
Many people find that one form of meditation or another may be more accessible to them. For some people, the more traditional, Masculine-oriented, consciousness-focusing meditation is more natural. For some people it is less natural. For the latter, energy meditation may be much easier and more accessible. It is very valuable to find the kind of meditation that is most accessible and helpful for you and to practice that form of meditation.
The fourth dimension is a very energetically based dimension. As you begin to transition and grow into the fourth dimension, developing your energy body becomes increasingly important. You can certainly learn these practices once you’re in the fourth dimension. But you will have a much easier time if you prepare yourself beforehand and begin to develop this part of yourself. So I highly recommend cultivating these energy practices now, because most people are in the midst of this process of moving into the fourth dimension.

When does one actually become able to transfer one’s consciousness to the light body?
Mary Magdalene: It is not so much about transferring your consciousness to the light body. Rather, you are integrating your consciousness and your light body. These two parts are more and more acting in concert and in harmony with each other. As you strengthen and develop your light body, this will happen naturally. It is not something you need to create or consciously intend. It will happen organically.
Is there more about this that I can help you with?
Questioner: Can you hang out for a few hours? [Audience laughter.]
Mary Magdalene: As you connect with your higher self, you can ask your higher self to direct you as to what you should do.
All of you experience your light body in your dreams. You know this part of yourself.
Many of you have experienced your light body at other times, as well. Perhaps you’ve experienced your light body in meditation or other spiritual activities. You might have experienced it through out-of-body experiences, near-death experiences, or under the influence of drugs. You may have experienced your light body when you were very tired or when you were in that in-between state, where you’re not fully conscious and not really asleep. If you have done shamanic work or journey work, you may have experienced your light body through that. There are many ways you can know your light body. You might be more connected to it than you’re acknowledging, even to yourself.
For many, there is continued growth and development to be done relative to the light body. This would be most valuable to undertake. There are teachers who can help you with this. Mercedes has skills and tools relative to this, and there are others, also. Working with a teacher can be most helpful.

MARY MAGDALENE: Reconnecting with God When You’re Suffering

Question: I have a tendency to suffer when I see suffering. I tend to feel that suffering in my own heart, and there is a lot of suffering on the planet right now. I would love to hear ways to work with that so that I can be of service and not add to the suffering.
Mary Magdalene: Yes. When you are affected by suffering, it is important to go to what is underneath the suffering. There is always something underneath, what I have called your inner divine qualities, that the suffering is arising out of, something that you have gotten disconnected from in some way, by what you have experienced. It may be most helpful if I show you with a direct example. If you could tell me some circumstance where this has happened for you, I would like to work with you around a particular example. Are you open to that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: Can you describe a circumstance where you are aware of suffering and it causes suffering for you?
Questioner: The closest example would be my son, although I often experience this in terms of suffering on the planet, and the Middle East for example. But my heart just went right to my son.
When my husband and I separated he was eight years old. I left him and my husband. That has caused me a lot of suffering, probably guilt. I’ve also anticipated suffering in my son from that experience of my leaving him and the separation of our family through all those changes in our relationships. I see him not being able to form relationships on a deeper level, one after another after another. I fear that that’s partly my fault or that I contributed to that process for him.
Mary Magdalene: Thank you. This is a good example you have given. Part of what is going on in this example is that there is a mixture of judgment, as well as natural feeling going on. It sounds like you are judging yourself as having done something wrong in making the choice to separate from your son in this way. Is that accurate?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: This is where guilt comes from, because guilt always involves some level of judgment that you have done something wrong. So the first step is to clear out the judgment. You did this through awareness, through noticing what the judgments are.
Are there other judgments you are aware of, or is this pretty much the only one, that “I’ve done something wrong by separating”?
Questioner: Do you mean relative to that situation?
Mary Magdalene: Yes.
Questioner: That I was selfish.
Mary Magdalene: So these are both good examples of judgments. “I did the wrong thing” and “I was selfish; I hurt my son.” Does that sound accurate?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: What you want to do in this process is simply set those judgments aside for now, through your awareness, so that you can look at what’s underneath the judgment. Can you do that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: Alright. Underneath the judgment will be feelings. Are you aware of feelings that arise when you do that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: What are those feelings?
Questioner: Lots of love for my own process, but also for my son.
Mary Magdalene: I am wondering if there are also painful feelings?
Questioner: Yes, definitely.
Mary Magdalene: What are the painful feelings?
Questioner: Feeling that I harmed him, that I hurt him in a deep, deep way.
Mary Magdalene: So I would call those thoughts, actually judgmental thoughts. The feeling would be an emotion that would go with that—how you would feel having that thought. Do you feel pain? Do you feel sadness?
Questioner: I feel pain and sadness.
Mary Magdalene: Yes, that would seem natural. So those are the feelings that are separate from your thoughts. It is the feelings that will guide you to this deeper part of yourself. The feelings are emanating out of something within yourself, part of your beautiful God nature that you’ve gotten disconnected from in this particular circumstance.
I am going to make a guess of what that deeper part might be and you can tell me if this is right or wrong. You don’t need to explain if it’s wrong. Just say, “No, I don’t think that’s it.”
Are you feeling pain and sorrow because you want to contribute to your son’s well being?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: And you care about his wellbeing.
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: What I invite you to do is to go to the place in yourself where you know what it is to care for another’s well being and contribute to it. Connect with that part of yourself. When you feel it and experience it, let me know.
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: What does that part of yourself feel like? What do you feel when you connect to it?
Questioner: I feel my heart. I feel how easy it is to love when I’m connected to my heart.
Mary Magdalene: Yes. This is a part of you. It’s a part of your inner divinity—the part of you that knows the fullness of contributing to another and caring for their wellbeing. Yes?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: When you reconnect to it, you reconnect to God as a part of yourself. Can you feel that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: So now you can bring this to this circumstance, in the present time. You can come to this circumstance from this part of yourself that knows what it is to contribute and care for another. And that can inform you how to act, what you want to do. Can you feel that?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: This is how suffering can guide you to reconnecting with some part of your God nature that you’ve gotten disconnected from though some painful circumstance. That is what you’re really suffering, your own inner disconnection. The true suffering is being disconnected from God. Whenever you’re suffering you can do this process. Doing this work will guide you back into full reconnection with God, through yourself. Then you can bring that to that circumstance and act from that place of God-wholeness. Is that clear?

MARY MAGDALENE: How the Masculine Can Support the Feminine

Question: How might the Masculine assist and support the Feminine?
Mary Magdalene: Thank you so much for this question.
There is much that the Masculine can do to assist the Feminine, and there is much that the Feminine can do to assist the Masculine. Both are greatly needed.
In answer to your question on what the Masculine can do, it begins with understanding the necessity, value, and importance of the Feminine. This is a healing process in your world because the Feminine has been greatly devalued. For this healing to occur, your world must come out of the place where so much has been confined to the mind, which is the Masculine. For some of you, this is easier. For some of you, this is harder. But most of you have received tremendous training and enculturation to live in and from your mind.
It is not that the mind is bad. Your minds are amazing. Your minds are so valuable. It is just that you are out of balance and need to come into balance with the Feminine. The Feminine is your feeling nature. The Feminine is your connection to your body, energy, sexuality, intuition, and love.
So the first step is to begin to value these aspects of the Feminine and to stop the insistence that only the mind is valuable. Not every individual is necessarily doing this, but in general, your culture does this and has trained you to do so.
For many this work will begin with loving the Feminine within yourself. It will begin with loving your own body and treating your body as a temple. It will begin with healing shame that you carry relative to your own body, which is a plague in your modern world. So many carry so much shame relative to their body.
Valuing the Feminine will happen through falling in love with your energy and your sexuality. It will happen through healing your relationship to any part of yourself that says your energy or sexuality is sinful, evil, dirty, or shameful in any way. You will get to know your energy and your sexuality, and become strong in that. That strength is needed for your spiritual development.
The healing of the Feminine will happen through coming to know your emotions and allowing your emotions. Specifically, you will allow your emotions to do the work they were meant to do of connecting you to God through the Feminine pathway. This, more than anything else, is the process that most are ignorant of today, and it is so needed. Most have instead learned that emotions are to be avoided. Many have learned that being spiritual means not having negative emotions, only to be happy all the time. This is unfortunate, for your emotions are as valuable to you as your mind and as necessary.
So the process for many will be to start to open to emotions and to learn this process, this pathway, of letting your emotions take you to God. Let your emotions do the work that is so needed and which they were meant to do.
All these ways will very likely be the beginning of opening up to the Feminine within yourself and loving this Feminine part of yourself. When that happens, you will be well prepared and in a natural orientation to honor and value the Feminine outside yourself, in all its forms. This will include honoring, championing, and protecting the Earth. It will include honoring and valuing the Feminine in others, in women or in whatever form the Feminine comes.
The Masculine, especially in its higher form, can support the Feminine through being present and offering presence to the Feminine. Often the tendency of the Masculine is to want to help the Feminine by solving problems. But this is not the highest form. It can be valuable, if that is requested, but it is not the highest form. The highest form is to offer your presence and holding, which is a kind of protection at the energetic level. The Masculine creates the container that the Feminine can open within. This is an energetic process.
So this is one of the ways that the Masculine can be a tremendous support for the Feminine. When you learn to do this you will see that it is a great joy. And you will receive the blessings and gifts of the Feminine.

Mary Magdalene: Your future before you is a tremendous uniting of the Masculine and Feminine. It is what I have always had with Yeshua. It is one of the greatest gifts to know this and to live in this. It is unmistakable. As you grow into it and come to know it, it will be your great joy to support one another in this. It is the most natural thing in the world, like the connection between the sun and the earth. You will naturally be drawn to this.
You can support this process of uniting by clearing the blocks you may have developed in relationship to this. That will set the stage for your opening to and receiving this tremendous gift and blessing.

MARY MAGDALENE: Healing Feminine/Masculine Difference

Question: I recently heard the difference between the Feminine and the Masculine described this way: the Feminine is afraid of abandonment and the Masculine craves freedom. Is there a way to heal this or to bring it to union?
Mary Magdalene: I thank you for your question.
The highest understanding of the Masculine and the Feminine is that the Masculine is the force of pure consciousness, that which transcends all that is arising. This is the ultimate freedom and is so important. This is the Masculine form of God. It’s connection to pure consciousness.
The highest form of the Feminine is the vibratory energy of manifestation. The Feminine is consciousness made manifest, consciousness in form. Everything arising is the Feminine. Your entire world is the Feminine, in many ways. Yet at the same time it is nothing but consciousness.
The Masculine and the Feminine can never be disassociated from each other. They can never be apart from each other. It is only in your separation that you relate to them as different, as separate. They are always in union. They are two different aspects of the same oneness, completely loving each other.
To your mind, in the third dimension, they seem like opposites. The force of transcendence and the force of manifestation seem like two opposite forces. But this is simply a reflection of your mind. It is a reflection of your state of consciousness.
It is not that you are wrong. It is not that you are bad. To assume this kind of duality is a characteristic of the third dimension. Assuming the position of the Masculine and Feminine as being in opposition is one of the fundamental dualities of your dimension.
You could say that the Masculine and Feminine are polarized sides of the same oneness. That polarity is a great magnificence, a great joy, a great wonder, if you understand it as such. A great deal of the work before you in transcending into your next level of spiritual evolution at this time right now—and specifically in moving into the fourth dimension—is to realize the uniting of the Masculine and Feminine.
For most of you the uniting of the Masculine and Feminine will come as a progression. It will come in stages. It will not necessarily come all at once in its ultimate form. Initially it will come within yourself. It will come from knowing your inner Feminine and Masculine.
You’ll know your inner Feminine as the beauty of manifestation—as this beautiful body, energy, sexuality, emotions, love, heart, and your endless creativity in form. This is all part of the sheer beauty and magnificence of the Feminine.
The Feminine is nature. She includes everything you see in nature. The Feminine includes all beings that you know in the third dimension. The Feminine also includes all the beings in their higher form—the beings of light and the angelic realm. All of this is part of manifestation in its different degrees of frequency and vibration. It is all the beauty and magnificence of the Feminine.
At the same time, there is the glory and magnificence of the Masculine as pure consciousness, transcendence. Truly, everything is both. It is like the symbol you have of the yin-yang sign. Everything is both. You are in the process of realizing this. But first you will realize it within yourself. You will realize this wonder of the Feminine, which has been so greatly suppressed for so long in your culture and understanding, in your own connection to yourself, your world, and ultimately to God.
For many of you there is great healing to do relative to the Feminine to even understand and open to the Feminine, first within yourself. This is so whether you’re a man or woman. Then there is opening up to the Feminine in your world, as she manifests in so many ways.
The opening to the Feminine within yourself will allow your inner Feminine and Masculine to come into union. This is where it all begins. You will see the beauty of both. Neither the Feminine nor the Masculine are negatives. They are incredibly glorious aspects of God. And they are who you are. When you know these parts of yourself, when you fall in love with them, you will fall in love with yourself, truly.
Then you will be able to manifest these magnificent parts of yourself in your life and world. As all this happens, you will begin to transform. And as you transform, your world will transform. It is a great path before you, and you are somewhere in the midst of this journey, this process.

MARY MAGDALENE: When Others Resist Your Changing

Question: As I’m growing and trying to have my heart in the right place, others around me, whose relationships with me are changing as I’m changing, sometimes feel hurt by me, or angry with me, or resistant to my changing. I don’t want to be hurting people but I need to grow and change. Do you have any words of wisdom on this subject?
Mary Magdalene: Yes. As much as you are able, you can communicate to people that you are aware that you are changing. You can help them to understand why you are changing. You can help them to understand why you value this change. If you are excited about it, let them know what you are excited about. Help them to see the beauty of the change you are going through.
You can also acknowledge to them that you care about them. Let them know that you realize this change may not be altogether easy for them and that you want to support them as much as you are able, in the midst of this change.
You can ask them if there is any way you can support them in adapting to this change you are going through. Ask them what they need for their wellbeing, given the changes you are in the midst of.
Oftentimes people hold onto another person out of fear that if the other changes, they’ll lose what they value in that person. So it may help if you reassure them that you care about them, that you understand that this change is affecting them. It may help for you to ask what they need in the midst of it. That will be a demonstration of your care.
It is also important to understand that there are some who will not be able to shift as you change, in a way that will support your relationship. Perhaps the relationship will come to an end. Perhaps it will be a temporary ending and will resume later. Perhaps it will come to an end altogether. This is a great test of your faith and trust in God that this ending will also support you and them.
When relationships end there can be a natural mourning of the loss of the relationship. There’s a sadness that the relationship wasn’t able to continue, wasn’t able to grow and change along with your growth and change, in a way that allowed the relationship to continue. It is good to allow yourself to go through that mourning process. You don’t necessarily need to go though it with the other person. You could, but it may very likely be something you do on your own. You are mourning the loss of the closeness, the love that you’ve known, the friendship, whatever it was that you received through this relationship.
Allow yourself to feel that loss and mourn it. That is a part of the heart growing. It is a part of what will allow you to stay in your heart, to go deeper in your heart, and grow in your ability to love others and connect to them from your heart.
Something else that is very important—you can always pray for the other person. Even if it feels that the relationship is no longer one you are engaging, you can pray for their wellbeing and for the highest good to be what occurs in the relationship between the two of you. You can ask your higher self to work with their higher self. Ask your angels to work with their angels, in whatever way feels most supportive.
It is also good to release the situation to God. Ask God to create whatever is for the highest good of all and to support you in surrendering to that. And heal whatever needs healing within you.

Question: Everything you’ve said has brought me tremendous peace. Can you talk about the peace and harmony that is to come with the harmony of the Masculine and Feminine?
Mary Magdalene: I am so glad that you are experiencing peace. This is one of the aspects of God. It is God’s light that is with you.
Peace, in general, is a sign of union with God. It is often a sign of our Masculine side. Our Feminine side will often take the form of love. When the Masculine and Feminine are united we will experience both immense peace and great love.
This is the future before all of you. All of you have known this, at some points in your life, perhaps to different degrees. And you have different abilities to sustain and maintain this. Your ability to stay founded in this peace and love is what is growing in you, so that it becomes less and less an occasional experience and more and more an ongoing state. And this is a great joy.

MARY MAGDALENE: Yeshua’s Healing Work

Question: In the lifetime you shared with Yeshua, what did you witness or experience of his healing of others?
Mary Magdalene: Healing was a way that Yeshua could reach the people of the time. Because of the level of consciousness and opening in the people, healing was a way he used to find the crack in the world and show people something that spoke to them directly of God.
It is not that Yeshua came to heal, per se. Healing was a method. Yeshua came to connect people with God. He came to connect the Earth with God, altogether. Healing was one of the strongest pathways to do this. It was a way for people to open their souls to God through seeing what they viewed as a miracle. They could feel God’s work through that miracle. So healing was his tool for bringing his knowledge of God—knowledge in the entire sense, not simply the mind sense—to the people of the time.
If he were to do that now, it may not seem so miraculous as it did at that time. There are many with healing abilities who practice many healing forms now. But it was a very different time back then. People were at a different level of development. Now it is not healing that tends to be the primary vehicle of connection with God for the masses. People are available on very different levels now. They’re available to connect to God much more directly and to know God more through their own direct pathway. So it was different because of that.
Questioner: In episodes of Yeshua’s miraculous healing, laying on of hands, or just speaking or looking at someone, how aware were others of what was being transmitted?
Mary Magdalene: It depends who you are referring to.
There was an inner circle of initiates who were very close and who had key roles in supporting the work that Yeshua was the leader for. Those initiates have been very close to him beyond time. Of course, they were aware. They were the ones who helped with healing him, as well, because he needed healing, too. That was a relatively small group.
There was a larger circle of those who were not as close, especially Essenes. They were perhaps not as connected or far along in their path and their development, so their awareness was simpler. They may not have seen the specifics or understood everything that was happening, or how or why. But they understood in a simpler way.
Then there were the multitudes, which you often call the masses. For the most part, those people didn’t understand. They just saw a miracle and said, “That’s God. Only God can do that.” That is a very simple way of relating to God, a beginning way of relating to God. But it was a valuable way for them.
Questioner: Were the recipients of Jesus’s healing immediately aware of the healing as it happened? In what way did they change their life or soul experience?
Mary Magdalene: It was different for different beings. Much depends on the soul’s readiness. A powerful healing like that has the potential to catapult someone to a new level of faith, ultimately an openness to God. But it must occur on fertile soil in general—not always, but in general. So there were different responses and different trajectories after such a healing.
A healing was not just for the individual. It was not even just for the people who were incarnated at the time, because the healing is carried on through generation after generation through the stories of the healing and the power of the healing as a connection to Yeshua and to God.
Healing is not necessary for connection to God. It is simply one form. Ultimately, healing is not the release of symptoms, nor the release of pain or suffering. Healing is the connection to God. That is the soul’s healing.
