MARY MAGDALENE: Practicing Sacred Sexuality Without a Partner

Question: For those men or women who do not have a partner, how were you taught at the Temple of Isis to practice sacred sexuality, loving yourself and honoring yourself so that that life force doesn’t stop?
Mary Magdalene: Sacred sexuality is an energy practice. It is a practice of the kundalini life force, in the form of sexual energy—for they have the same source, the same pathway within the body. It does not require a partner to engage the sacred sexual energy, any more than it requires a partner to engage a kundalini practice. Truly there is a great deal in common with both.
For many people, the partnership aspect of sacred sexuality empowers the energy more. It ignites the energy. It charges the energy through the polarized interactions of the Masculine and Feminine, so the energy can become even stronger. That is the reason to engage with a partner, because it ignites the energy, making it even stronger and thus potentially much more powerful and effective in its effects.
This polarized charging is also a challenge because that energy has its own pull, its own draw. One who is going to truly engage sacred sexuality must master that energy so that you are not simply drawn into the course of that energy, which in its more ordinary form is the energy of procreation.
So sacred sexuality takes a certain level of training or development—perhaps that is a better explanation—a certain level of skill and commitment to utilize this energy for the highest purposes.
This can all be done at the individual level as well. It can be done with a partner long distance, engaging both of your energies. It can be done with someone who you are not in a relationship with, either sexually or in a non-sexual way, where you are simply sharing the energies and moving the energy between the two of you. There are many ways this can be done.
Sacred sexuality is a most valuable practice, just as in India the kundalini has long been recognized as a most valuable spiritual practice and pathway. The same is true of the sexual energy and the sexual pathway.

MARY MAGDALENE: How Women Can Heal

Question: As we’re shifting the energy on the Earth today into a new dimension, I see part of the healing is for women to forgive, love, and honor themselves where they may have been shut down. How is this done in the most divine, sacred way, in giving permission to women?
Mary Magdalene: To forgive, love, and honor themselves?
Questioner: Yes.
Mary Magdalene: They must do the healing of what has caused them to stop at a certain point, what has frozen them you might say, like shutting off a valve. It is not enough to simply intend that this valve reopen. You must find the wound that closed it and there must be reopening of the wound, literally.
There is no way to bypass this that is authentic. You must go through the process of going into the wound and allow it to heal in the way it was originally intended to heal. If someone shut down at some point, they moved out of the healing process—out of despair, or fear, or not knowing how to complete it.
This is the work that I spoke about in great depth in the first set of messages I brought through to Mercedes, the ones that are embodied in the book Mary Magdalene Beckons. I spoke about how to learn a whole different pathway of relating to pain, a pathway that takes you into reconnecting with God. If someone has shut down from their love, or their self-honoring, or their self-forgiveness, they have stopped that process. Or perhaps they never began it in the first place, not realizing or understanding how to engage it. It must be re-engaged.
The heart must open. When you open the heart you will feel the pain. You will feel the place you stopped. It is right there waiting to be healed. But it is not about simply feeling the pain. You must let the pain take you to its source, the place within yourself that you shut down from, your own God-nature. Then you can reconnect to that God-nature within.
That is the function of pain. It shows you the most direct pathway to reconnect with your God-self. If you do not make use of that pathway for your healing and instead try another pathway, very often you will not get to the true root. The emotions were intended to guide you to the healing you require. When you try to do it through another pathway, especially the pathway of the mind, most often people are fooled. They think they understand. They think they realize what they need to do to heal. But they are still hiding the true connection and source from themselves.
This is the pathway that’s described in Mary Magdalene Beckons. This is the most important thing for most people to learn at this time, especially those in the Feminine. It is more natural for the Feminine to avail themselves of this emotional process. Through their own opening to emotions, and through learning this process of allowing their emotions to lead them back into full connection to God, those in the Feminine can support those in the Masculine.
Those in the Masculine may not have the exact same pathway, but it will be a similar one. They will be very supported by those in the Feminine who have developed these strengths. This is part of the synergy between the Masculine and the Feminine, which they were meant to engage and support each other with. It is a most beautiful and wondrous process.
It is not easy to understand this process until you actually experience it. This is part of the work that has been given to Mercedes, to be the bridge to help people to experience this process and understand it deeply within themselves. Then they can start to live this process and to model it for others. My words may not make sense until you avail yourself of that kind of support and have the experience yourself.

MARY MAGDALENE: Yeshua and The Earth’s Ascension

Question: There are many explanations about why Yeshua accepted to be crucified and to go through that. I’d like to hear the answer from you, please.
Mary Magdalene: Yes.
It was a sacrifice in the greatest sense of the word. Yeshua came to change the course of the Earth, to shift the Earth into the process of ascension. The Earth and the people of the Earth had descended to the lowest extent imaginable and there was concern that it would remain this way for a very long time, or perhaps it would not be able to turn itself around. So Yeshua came to do this work, to turn the evolutionary process and reset it so that the Earth could begin its process of return, of ascension, and no longer be stuck in the place of the lowest densities.
The crucifixion was a part of this, a very essential part of this. The spiritual force Yeshua had manifested within himself was released into the Earth and also into humanity through the crucifixion, allowing a new level of light and love to take root and take hold in this world. This was the most fundamental reason for the crucifixion.
The cross that he was crucified on was a conductor of his blessing force into the Earth, allowing this blessing to be fully received and the Earth to fully be charged through his life force with his blessing power. This blessing power would be held in the Earth and would be available to the people and the beings of the Earth. This is why you have seen such immense changes in your world since the time of Yeshua and this continues to this day.
This is why the ascension process is happening now at the incredibly rapid pace that it is. This would not normally be the case at all. What is happening on the Earth is exceedingly unique and it has everything to do with the work that Yeshua did here. That work came to fulfillment and was completed through the crucifixion. Do you understand?
Questioner: Yes. He didn’t die on the cross, did he?
Mary Magdalene: No, he did not die on the cross. He was taken to the tomb and revived. The healers were ready and prepared, knowing that this was what they had been called to do. It was all set in place beforehand and the inner circle were all there. He was revived and removed.
The story that was told was prepared in advance so that the prophecies would be fulfilled. It was also told so that the people who were ready for that level of opening, that level of relationship to Yeshua’s work and who he was, could accept him in that form. The story was also told so that he would be safe, that people would not realize or suspect that he had lived. But he did not die on the cross.

8 Things to Say (and Not Say) When Someone’s Grieving

I thought I was prepared for my mother’s death. I’d seen her declining. I’d talked to her about dying. I didn’t need to heal anything with her. I’d said my goodbyes. I believed she was going to a much better place and that we’d always be connected. And I felt glad for her struggles to be over.
What I forgot about was me.
I’ve had a hard time since my mother died—much harder than I expected. Initially I was in shock. I just couldn’t feel much at all. Beneath that was a feeling that some part of me had been ripped out. And below that was a well of grief. But the first two—the shock and feeling of separation—were so intense and consuming, I was only able to get beyond them and dip into the pool of grief for brief periods, like dipping my toe in water every now and then.
I feel some trepidation in sharing this with you. I’m afraid you’ll judge me for having a hard time with the death of a loved one. You might decide I’m spiritually incompetent, a spiritual laggard—or possibly even a spiritual phony. Perhaps you believe that really spiritual people are beyond feeling grief and sorrow when someone dies, that their spiritual connection to God and all of life is so strong that they only feel the joy of everlasting peace… or something like that.
I have a different point of view. A lot of it has come from Mary Magdalene. Mary calls the orientation toward everlasting peace, eternity, rising “above” the comings and goings of life, etc. the Masculine perspective. It’s the part of us that connects with what transcends our Earthly, 3D realm. Some paths and traditions call this God. But Mary says it’s only one aspect or “face” of God, the Masculine part.
She says there’s also a Feminine “face” of God. We connect with that part when we experience God in and through the manifest world. It’s God incarnate, materialized in endless forms. Experiencing God in this form requires that we open to fully feeling and experiencing the manifest world and our connection to it. That includes feeling loss and grief when a loved one leaves or dies.
Mary says that most of us have a bias toward the Masculine and are underdeveloped in our Feminine. We’ve been trained to see the Masculine as important and the Feminine as the source of our problems in life, and thus something that’s best avoided.
I, too, carry that imprint of avoiding the Feminine. I see it in my difficulty experiencing and allowing my grief. I’m afraid to fully open to my mourning. Which is to say, I’m afraid of the Feminine.
Yet I’ve learned enough, through Mary and my growth in the path she teaches, that I know my way forward is in doing exactly that—opening myself to my grief, merging with it, letting my pain guide me to God, and letting God guide me from there.
Nonetheless, when it’s something as big as my mother dying, I need help and support to do this.
I would love to live in a world where people supported me in going into my grieving. Here are 8 ways I’ve learned that give me the kind of support I long for.
1) When I’m grieving, understand that it’s not about what’s happening to the person who’s died. I may feel completely at peace and even happy about their process, but still feel grief about my loss. Reassuring me about the wonderful place they’re in doesn’t help me with my loss right now. It actually requires me to come out of my grieving process and enter into a more mind-based place that isn’t authentic to what I’m feeling. While I realize that most people are sincerely trying to help me to feel better by focusing on the wellbeing of the one who’s died (saying things such as “he/she is with God now” or “they’re in the light” or “they’re out of their suffering”), it’s not what I need right now. I’ll come to that on my own, when I’m ready, after I’ve dealt with my grief.
2) I don’t want to focus on how good my future relationship with the person will be. I want to be in the present with what’s happening for me now, which is grief and my difficulty experiencing the grief. While imagining having contact with the person in the future does feel consoling and even hopeful, it also distracts me from my grief. I trust that my grief is being given to me because it’s exactly what I need. As Mary teaches, it has an important and necessary gift for me, if I understand how to receive it and make use of it. I don’t want to skip over my grief or suppress it. I want to receive it fully and make the most of its gift.
3) Please don’t tell me to be strong or even that I’m being strong. Either one takes me out of my grieving process, which is where I find my true strength.
4) This is a tough one, but I believe it’s also very important. Please don’t begin by telling me how sorry you are for my loss. Why? Because that’s about you, not me. When I hear that, I often feel I need to take care of you, reassuring you that I’m OK and telling you how much I appreciate your expression. That’s taking me away from my grief.
I’ve learned to hear the expression “I’m so sorry for your loss” as a shorthand way of saying “I’m sad because I’m guessing that you’re sad. I want you to know that I care about your well-being and I’m here for you.”
I like this version a lot better because then I don’t feel like I need to take care of the other person. I then can respond with an authentic “Thank you.”
But it still takes me away from my grieving.
4) What I really want is for you to ask me how I’m doing. This is like shining a gentle, warm light on my grief. It helps me to go beyond my shock and to allow myself to experience the deeper pain of separation and sadness. That’s hard for me to do. When you go there with me, it really helps.
You don’t have to feel what I’m feeling. Just be present with me while I feel it. It’s like holding my hand emotionally. I can’t tell you how much that helps.
5) When I tell you how I’m doing and what I’m feeling, don’t try to fix it or change it. I don’t need fixing or changing. I don’t need reassuring that this will pass, things will get better, all is in God’s hands, etc. I don’t need suggestions that I should rest, exercise, eat, do something nurturing, or anything else. All of those suggestions and beliefs will take me away from my grieving process.
6) What I really want is for you to reflect my feelings back to me. Just that. Help me to experience and open to my feelings. Be with me in that. It’s as simple as “I hear you feel really numb” (or whatever feeling I expressed). You don’t have to be creative and change the words I said. Lots of times that changes the meaning and again takes me out of my process. Just use the words I used. It’s really like being a mirror. It really helps.
7) When you’ve given me as much space as I seem to need or want to express what’s going on for me, then I want to hear how you feel about the loss. I want to hear how you feel about what’s happening for me. I may be open to hearing your ideas for what you think might help me—but please check in with me first and see if I’m open to receiving suggestions right now.
I believe grieving is an essential part of our humanity. It’s a death-rebirth process that grows our heart and our being. It’s not a sign of weakness. It’s a sign of strength and depth of loving.
When someone supports me in my process of grieving, they give me a great gift. Then they’re really “being there for me,” in a way I need, in a way that deeply helps.
There’s one last thing I want to add. If you’ve reached out to me during this time, I want you to know that I REALLY appreciate it, regardless of the words you’ve used or the form of support you’ve offered. I hear everyone’s expressions as offerings of care and support and love. Every communication I’ve received has REALLY meant a lot to me and helped me get through a difficult time. So I hope you’ll keep communicating with me—really!
My desire in writing this is to be transparent, to show who I am, what I feel and want, and what helps me. My hope is that this will be helpful to others, too.

MARY MAGDALENE: Response to U.S. Election

Mercedes: Hello my beloved Mary and Yeshua. I’m calling upon you because so many people have been disturbed by the results of the election in the United States and have asked for your guidance and help in this situation. What would you like us to understand and to do?
Mary Magdalene: Hello my dear one. We are both here in response to your request, and I will begin in offering our response.
There is so much to say about all of this. The first thing I feel moved to offer is that everyone’s feelings that have come up in reaction to the election are important. I encourage everyone, as I always do, to listen to your feelings and to open to them. They are trying to help you. I caution you against avoiding them or thinking that you shouldn’t “wallow” in them. Let yourself feel them all the way, which for many of you is hard to do.
Your feelings are there to help you. They have gifts and messages for you. Open to the feelings and let them guide you to your healing. Do not leap into action, which many tend to do as a way of getting out of their painful feelings. That will only lead to suppression and premature action, which will not be integrated with all of yourself, and won’t be coming from your wholeness, your divinity.
Many of you are feeling shock. You didn’t think so many Americans would vote for someone who expressed the ideas Trump expressed, especially relative to various populations (religious and ethnic groups, as well as women), and who represented himself and conducted himself in the manner that Trump did during his campaign. You thought that the majority of Americans valued care and respect for others, including those who are different from themselves.
Many people are also experiencing fear about the future of the United States and even the world. You’re afraid that the U.S. won’t be safe for many people, possibly yourself.
Here is what we want to offer. We hope that this is helpful to people in finding their way through their pain.
Your world is in the midst of a huge transition from the third dimension to the fourth dimension, which we call the ascension process. Our desire is for this transition to happen as peacefully and easefully as possible. We and many other beings in the higher dimensions are deeply committed to that being so. But it is not in the hands of any one group.
Most of you who are reading this are at the forefront of this transition. You are aware of it and wanting it. Most of you have done a great deal of personal growth that is supporting you in making this transition.
While this group of people who are consciously involved in the ascension process is growing, it is still a minority on your Earth. The majority of people on Earth are not aware of this transition and are still committed to the third-dimensional programs of power, success, independence, etc.
For many in this latter group, Donald Trump represents the qualities they aspire to—power, success, independence, etc. He is a hero figure to them. For women, he represents the father figure or strong male hero. Men identify with him in a more personal way, seeing him as someone who’s gotten the “goods” of your society—money, women, freedom, power.
For these people, Trump represents hope and change. He represents change from government as usual, which hasn’t worked for many people, and hope that they can obtain the kind of freedom he has. Most of you reading this also want change and hope for freedom. The ways you want to obtain those things may be very different, but the motivations are the same. This is important to understand. All humans fundamentally want and need the same things, even if you have different ideas about how to obtain those things.
The reason this is important is because it opens your heart to others who are making different choices than you. You can feel that they’re fundamentally the same as you. You can care about their desire for hope and change and freedom. You may not support their particular ways of obtaining those, but you can still see them as beautiful lights of God.
Do not let this election polarize you into feeling “against” those who choose differently from you. Keep your heart open, even while engaging your free choice about how to respond. Then you are continuing in your fourth-dimensional path of growth. Do not let the choices of others draw you back into the fray of the third dimension.
The greatest gift you give to yourself and others is to maintain your highest consciousness and open heart. From that place you can choose what action to take. Different people have different soul callings, which will determine what response is most appropriate for you. Some people have the soul calling to be involved more than others in an outward, action-oriented way. But all are called to maintain your highest consciousness and open heart.
This election and its results is just one test of what is likely to be many tests in this process. You have a choice as to how these situations will affect you. We support you mourning to the fullest extent you need to. We also support you rising above the third-dimensional feeding of fear. Turn off the news and meditate or go in nature. Support yourself in reconnecting with God and your own divinity in whatever way you need to. And then act, when you’re ready, from your highest consciousness and open heart.
We love you and support you. Love and light have already won. It’s just the path to get there that’s still being determined.

Question: I have confusion about how, in terrorist attacks, somebody can pump people full of bullets and then shout: “God is great!” It’s such a distortion. I can’t figure out how anybody could do that.
Mary Magdalene: You must understand the heart of the person who did this. You must understand their training. You must understand their indoctrination. You must understand their pain and their struggles.
Your heart must expand to care as much about the ones who are being labeled “the terrorists” as the ones who are being labeled “the victims.” Your heart must expand to see that they are very little different from you. Of course you may not ever in the slightest way imagine killing someone with weapons or acting in the ways these people act. But you must walk in their shoes. You must understand what has led them to this point and you must, with compassion, open your heart to them.
It may be yours to try to change their circumstance or it may not be yours. Everyone has a different response and a different soul-calling relative to this situation. But everyone is called to love. The root of love is understanding—understanding the soul of that person who ultimately wants the same things that you do. It might be freedom; or access to resources; stability in their world; safety for themselves and their loved ones; opportunity to prosper, to grow, to manifest their dreams; longing for their heart to fulfill its callings…
They are not animals. They are not evil. They are not separate. They are simply responding to their circumstance and training, and doing their best to fulfill their soul’s calling. You must understand how desperate these people are. You must care about their desperation. This is what will change your world. If you do not understand, that is the beginning. Let that move you to find out, to go to the place where you understand how a being could come to this place.
This is the only thing that will ever bring change. Your world will not change until your light expands to include those whose light is not as strong as yours. Again, it does not mean you condone the actions. It does not mean you are passive, although it may not be yours to take active steps. It means that you do the inner work to open your heart to these beings. Otherwise you are the one who will suffer.

Mary Magdalene: This was the meaning of Yeshua’s words, “Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do.” This is what all are called to. But it is not blind forgiveness. It is forgiveness based on deep understanding of the non-separateness between themselves and yourself, the understanding that they have the same needs, the same dreams, the same callings as you. You must understand that they have been deeply frustrated or hurt. and this has made them available to believe what some have put forward as a way out. They are hoping and doing their best, through the means they can see that are available to them, to find their way out of suffering. You must help them with your love and your light to see a greater path.

Question: What can you share with us about your sacred relationship with Yeshua, and what advice would you give us to live in a sacred partnership like you did?
Mary Magdalene: I have shared to a certain extent already about my relationship with Yeshua. We were sacred lovers, sacred partners, both of us completely dedicated to our path of devotion to God. Our relationship was an extension of that. Our relationship was a form through which we served.
Anytime a couple comes together in love, that love is serving the whole. It is inevitable. If it is done consciously, as a conscious intention, it is all the stronger and affects the greater body of humanity even more. We practiced sacred sexuality together, as a form of blessing for ourselves and our work we were in the midst of doing, and also as a blessing for all of humanity. This was another form in which our relationship was a part of our service to humanity.
In terms of what I would say to others: Follow your heart. Be guided by your heart. See your partner as the Divine. This is most important. This is your relationship to the Divine, through your partner.
This does not mean you will be happy with everything your partner does. You can express your feelings to your partner with love and ask for changes. But do that in the context of the greater practice of seeing your partner as the Divine Masculine or the Divine Feminine, loving you in your divinity. This is the way you meet the Divine in this plane. It is not the only way, but one of the most powerful ways.
Know that whatever you struggle with in relation to your partner is an extension of you and your challenges, and own that. Again, this is not to say that you must accept things that your heart and your soul tell you are not right for you. Yet you must look at your part in creating this and take responsibility for changing your part.
Know that there are no rules. Your society has created rules. Your religions have created rules. These were created for various reasons—sometimes to control people, sometimes to create harmony or ease, sometimes with the misunderstanding that this would support people in their evolution and growth. But truly there are no rules. There is only what is right for you and for all involved. There is only what is for the highest good of all involved. This is what you must let guide you.
Your relationship with a partner is always your relationship with your own inner Masculine and Feminine. Know that this is where the ultimate work is always to be done. Then your relationship with your partner can become a celebration of that and a magnification of that in the world.
Do not look for your partner to replace God and to fulfill you in the ways that only God can. This will certainly lead to suffering for you and your partner. Be whole and happy in your relationship to God. Then enjoy that through your partner and your relationship with your partner, in addition to your wholeness with yourself.

MARY MAGDALENE: Healing the Wounded Masculine

Question: I encounter beautiful souls in the Masculine body who have been hurt by the Feminine that has become very Masculine. How do we love and honor these men, to help heal and be ambassadors of your light, your love, and your mission?
Mary Magdalene: Thank you so much for your question. I am so happy to respond to this.
It is by loving them.
First and foremost, see them in the beauty of their Masculine. See their Masculine as beautiful. There are many men who have been greatly hurt and are very confused how to be a man, how to bring forth the Masculine, because so many women have expressed that the Masculine has hurt them.
There is so much to sort out in all of this. The Masculine so much needs the Feminine’s love and to be seen as loving the Feminine. Reassure men, and the Masculine in whatever form, that their love is valuable, that you need their love, and that it supports you. When they are doing something that is difficult of painful for you in some way, be very aware of their vulnerability.
The Masculine is quite vulnerable. If there is someone in the Masculine position who is hurting someone in the Feminine position, or who is not vulnerable, it is because they themselves are very hurt, very wounded. It does not mean that what they are doing is alright. It does not give them support for hurting the Feminine. That must be stopped. But use as little force as possible that is still effective. Understand that this is a being who is very hurt and who needs help. It is not natural.
Most children go through a stage where they experiment with hurting each other. This is a natural phase for children to go through in their exploration. But they should be guided wisely by adults through and out of this phase, so that it is not their desire to hurt others. If someone has not received this kind of guidance and has been hurt themselves, especially as a child, then they will need great help to recover from this.
Most people at this time are very confused about the Masculine and Feminine roles, how to incarnate them, and how to relate to each other. It is most likely that this will be moved forward through the Feminine incarnating her strength and her Femininity, and then bringing that strength in the form of love to the Masculine. The Feminine can then empower the Masculine to be their strong, loving self. The Feminine can see this strength in them, even if they can’t see it in themselves, until they become it most fully.

MARY MAGDALENE: The End of the Third Dimension

Question: In this time of turmoil and negative energy, fighting, killing, and what have you in the world, many times people feel anger or hate even, as a response to what’s going on. When you are affected directly or indirectly, that brings all kinds of emotions. What does Mary have to say about that and how can we deal with that?
Mary Magdalene: Thank you for this question because it is a very important one.
These events that are happening can be seen in many different ways. In one way, they are like a cleansing or a purification to bring out things, so that humans have an opportunity to make a different response. These things have always been going on, or for such a very long time that it may seem like always in your world. It is not new that these things are happening. It is new that they are being reported on a global level and you are hearing about things that you might not have heard about in the past. Because of technology and technological abilities that are available now, they are at times happening on a larger scale, and at times also happening across global borders. So this seems to be affecting you in a new way.
But truly these are things that have been going on for a great deal of the history of humanity in the third dimension. It is a history of power struggles, using power, misusing power, threatening people, indeed going beyond threatening people to harming people, as a way of acquiring power and achieving certain ends.
This is the beginning of the end of this kind of thing. It is the beginning of the end of the third dimension altogether. You could say that this beginning has been going on for quite a while. Yet in terms of the scale of history, it is still quite recent. Even that there are those who can imagine something different happening—this is still quite recent.
In fact, the movement is growing of those who are committed to an end of this way of interacting, this way of determining who has power and who claims the right and the power to have their way, this way of taking away power and rights from others.
Some of the unrest that is happening is a very good thing. It is a sign that there is a growing movement of people who are not accepting this, who are saying “no,” who do not want this. Those who are still trying to use those methods, especially those who have had power and are trying to hold on to their power, many are quite aware that this way is coming to an end. In some ways they are accelerating the use of this kind of force and the misuse of power, because on some level they are aware that they have already lost. So they have nothing to lose. In some ways they are trying to regain their power by upsetting people, disturbing people, and inciting people to have a reaction that causes them to join into the old ways, the old models, the old mind sets of violence, so they can claim whatever goal is desired.
For those who are on the path of light, the path of ascension and change and growing into the higher dimensions, the higher reaches of human evolution, it is up to you to not take the bait, to not be drawn into this fray. Maintain your connection to light and to love, and do not give these people the power to draw you out of that. You still may choose to take certain actions, but be very conscious of what those actions are. If your actions are simply a reaction drawing you into the same kind of violence and destruction of life, then those who initiated have won.
This is a hard-learned lesson for humanity, but it is the sign of the transformation that is going on. You are growing out of this old form, like a moth who has entered the chrysalis and is in the process of becoming a butterfly. You must understand that the ascension process is underway and cannot be stopped at this point. It is simply a question of who will be part of it.
There are those who do not choose to participate, and who do not wish others to know there is any such thing going on. They are doing everything in their power to reinforce the old ways, to distract people, and to attract people into their model. It is like a parting of the Red Sea in a certain way. It is the parting of those who are choosing the ascension path and those who are not yet ready. Those who are not yet ready have their own destiny. They will be served and attended to in the way that befits them and supports them in their process. They, too, are ascending at their own timing.
There are always multiple realities happening simultaneously. The reality being reported by your media, your news, is simply one reality. Oftentimes the media has a very specific agenda that they are promoting. That agenda has everything to do with moving people into fear.
Do what you need to do to maintain yourself in light and love. The more you do this the more your reality will be one of light and love, even as other realities are going on simultaneously. This is not to say that you lose compassion, that you lose your heart-openness and connection to people and what their reality is. Yet it is not necessary for you to assume another’s reality to have compassion and to have a heart connection to them. It is much better to maintain your own reality and allow them to be attracted into that, if that is truly a higher one of light and love.

Question: What if we find ourselves in different situations and pretty much everything is causing anger. Where to go?
Mary Magdalene: This is probably a sign of a very deep change going on in your life, a very sweeping-of-the-slate kind of change, where you are being called to something very different.
The first step is always to listen, to tune in. What is the anger trying to tell you? There is a message there. It’s trying to help you in some way.
Are you hearing it? Are you aware? Do you know what the message is? Are you giving yourself permission to really receive it and hear it? What would happen if you did?
Questioner: A lot of changes…
Mary Magdalene: It’s scary isn’t it? (Questioner nods.) Yes.
