Blessings to all who are gathered here, to all who will be receiving this at future times, to all beings everywhere who are open, who are moved to grow, to receive the light, to expand themselves, to be part of this wonderful shift that is happening in your world. I offer my blessings to all.
I am Lady Mary—Mother Mary to many of you. It is the same one.
I come to you today because this is a most beautiful time. It is a time in which you have been through much, many of you. And it is a time of wonderful new things coming in. Because I have such a special relationship with the beings of the Earth, I feel moved to speak to you at this time, to share with you and to try to help you in any way that I can about the time that you are in, this new time period. And so I begin and will do my best to talk about this.
Many of you were tuned in and very aware of the winter solstice that you just went through. Many of you heard many things about this being a very significant time, an important time. There was a wide range of what people were anticipating to happen at this time. Some thought it would be a time of hardship, of possible catastrophe, of possible ending of the world as you know it, figuratively or literally. Some thought that it would be a wonderful time, a transformative time, possibly the time when the Earth would shift into a higher state of reality and the people of the Earth would shift into a higher dimension. Some were not sure, some were open, some were cautious. There was a great spectrum of what people were anticipating.
Now you have moved through this time and some people are wondering what happened. Did anything happen? Some people are feeling quite sure that things did happen. Some people are perhaps feeling disappointed. Some people are relieved that the things they were anticipating did not happen. There is still a wide range of responses. So I would like to address this passage that you have just gone through.
To begin with I would like to say that this particular date was not standing in isolation. In some ways it was a center point that you were moving into, but that you have been moving into for a long period of time. So the changes that had been occurring didn’t just begin on December 21st. You have been leading up to them for many years. And they did not end on December 21st. They are continuing now.
Yet something did change at that time. It was an opening into a new portal of energy, which many of you felt. Some of you felt it as a lightening, a releasing from perhaps denser, more difficult energies that you’ve been experiencing. Some of you may have felt a certain level of purification, which is part of what can accompany moving into higher energies. Anything that is not fully matched to that energy, fully in harmony and in synch with that energy, can come up to be released. In that process of being released you will often experience the energy as it’s being released. So it can feel like you are going through a lower energy time, a difficult time, and it may be accompanied by various symptoms. Many of you are familiar with this. You often call it “ascension symptoms.” It is part of the process that you have been going through. So some of you may have experienced that, too, during this time, which may have come as a surprise.
Regardless of whether you experienced a lightening, or a more difficult time, or perhaps did not experience much of anything at all, it does not change that the energy has shifted. You are in the beginning phase of a lighter energy, which you may experience as lightness at the physical level, lightness at the energetic level, lightness at there actually being greater light in the world, lightness at the emotional level, lightness at the mind level. There are many things you might be experiencing. And you may be noticing that you feel different. It might have a subtle quality to it, but if you tune in you will notice that there is a different feeling. There is a sense of more light available to you in more easily accessible ways. This is a wonderful thing that your Earth has gone through, that your world has gone through, and that you have gone through.
Of course, how you use this will determine the way that it unfolds in the future. But in some ways you have already chosen your path as the Earth. You have chosen the path of greater light. You are coming out of a time of great darkness. You have chosen to leave that great darkness behind. You have chosen that the learning you received from this is complete, does not need to be repeated, does not need to be continued. You are moving into a time, a new age, of greater light. You will see the changes one by one, person by person, aspect by aspect. Of course, people will not be changing all at once. It will happen as a process. There may be some dramatic moments, but in general it will continue as a process. But you are going to see things getting easier, personally and collectively. That is a very wonderful thing.
You are going to start to realize your power to manifest the world you want, personally and collectively. You will wonder why you didn’t see it before, why you didn’t realize that this power was available to you. But you were involved in other forms of growth, other forms of learning. Now those forms are not necessary anymore and you can move forward.
You will see that it becomes easier to connect with people, to help other people, for other people to receive help, for you to receive help, for you to give help. The connection between all of you will become easier and stronger. The love that you have desired will start to become more literal in your world, more obvious, more manifest. These are all wonderful things that you are moving into.
The more people that move into this, the more that others will be helped to move into it. It is a tipping scale, where enough people are making this choice, enough people are living in this state, that it becomes much easier for the others who are in the process of choosing, have not yet chosen fully, to join you, to cross over, to create this new world together.
Not everything will be perfect immediately. It will take time. There will be things that will still be painful in your world, things that you identify with darkness, that you want to end. They will not immediately all disappear. But over time they will lessen, decrease, and eventually be gone. And you will be moving into a wonderful new age that your hearts have called in, that you all desire so much in your hearts.
So I come to reassure you of this and to support you in listening to yourself, in giving space to that part of yourself that may feel new, that may feel lighter, that may feel drawn to function in ways that you haven’t functioned before, that may be drawn to not function in ways that you’re familiar with, that seem necessary or even essential. Yet now you’re feeling a call to not do those things anymore. I support you in listening to that, in allowing that. You are giving birth to the new in yourself and in your world, and it will require change. You are fully up to it. You are strong, you are ready, and you are capable. This will be coming in.
Keep turned to the light. Be compassionate with those who are still drawn to aspects of darkness, but do not identify with them. Do not give energy to their draw to the darkness. Give love. Love them. Hold them in light. And show them your joy, your light, your brightness, your peace, your happiness, your heart space. Let your hearts be open and shown. It is safe to do this. Create a world that is about the heart. This will be a most wonderful world. This is your future. And I celebrate it with you.

The Nature and Effects of Consciousness
Part 1 of a Message from The Lord of Consciousness

Blessings dear ones. I am the Lord of Consciousness. I have many names and I take many forms. You may call me by whatever is most comfortable for you. Perhaps you would call me the Divine Masculine. That is a name I am happy to use, if it is meaningful to you.
I am the force of consciousness. This is a principle that is starting to be understood more and that is a very good thing. Still, it is somewhat challenging for many to have a sense of what consciousness is. What is this consciousness?
In some ways it is easier to talk about what it is not. It is not the same as your thinking or your mind. Yet there is a relationship between consciousness and your mind. It is not the same as your world. Yet there is a relationship between consciousness and your world.
In some ways, the opposite of what I am saying is also true. It is also true that consciousness is the same as your world, which would include your mind—that there is only consciousness and that all the things you identify as your world, or particular objects, or beings, or whatever you may identify is simply consciousness. There is nothing but consciousness. And that is true.
It is not an easy thing to describe or define. It goes beyond this world. Yet you know it, at some level, in this world. And it is very much a part of what you are calling the ascension process, because this ascension process is about connecting with higher levels of consciousness.
Some have used the metaphor of a movie, that everything that is happening is a movie. Your world is somewhat like a movie that you are seeing. Consciousness is the space the movie is occurring in and the awareness, the intelligence that is creating the movie. For most of your life and most of your time on earth, especially that you have been aware of, the movie that has been created has been the third-dimensional movie. This is what many of you call reality.
But—to continue this metaphor—in some ways, your reality is no more real than the movie that you watch in a movie theater, which often seems very real while you’re watching it. You forget that it is just a movie. And so it is with your reality.
But there is a slight trick to this, which is that it also is real, because it is consciousness and consciousness is real. The manifestation aspect of consciousness is sometimes referred to as the Mother, the Mother as creator, the Divine Mother, the Divine Feminine, just as you have a relationship with Mother Earth. You could see the Feminine principle as the principle of manifestation, and the Masculine principle as the principle of consciousness. In truth, we are not different. We are the same. This is where the understanding comes from that you are always creating your reality. It is because you are creating it from consciousness, in consciousness, and as consciousness.
This is not something that is grasped through the mind. It is grasped through your beingness. But, as I said earlier, it affects the mind. Depending on your state of consciousness, you will have a different experience through your mind. Your thoughts will be different. Your ideas will be different. Your understanding and impressions of what you call reality will be different. These are shaped by your consciousness. It is in consciousness that all things are unified. If there is only consciousness, you are connected to all, always. This is one of the beautiful aspects of the ascension process: As you grow in consciousness—in your connection to and awareness of consciousness—you affect all of manifestation through consciousness. So you have great power—much, much more than most of you have ever realized—in consciousness.
At the third dimension there tends to be a struggle, in some ways, between consciousness and manifestation. It feels like they are different and there is a very strong pull towards manifestation. As many of you are experiencing the ascension process, there is a sense of lightening up of this pull of the material world. This is often experienced as a relief. While that pull is very strong, it is not necessarily pleasurable. Much of the time it is painful or difficult. Yet, at the third dimension, it is not easy to break free of this. It is a gift to do so, and you are being helped, also. There are many who are helping you from the higher dimensions to remember yourself as a higher-dimensional being; to remember that there is more than this third-dimensional reality, this manifestation; and to help you, through love and the great law of attraction, to remember this beauty of the higher dimensions. It is like remembering a beautiful smell of a rose or the sweet strain of celestial music. It reminds you, and distracts you, and calls you with a gentleness that is more powerful than this pull of physicality.
It is not that you have to give up anything. You do not have to give up the physical. This is a natural process. You simply are moved in this direction, and it happens naturally and, in many ways, easefully. There may be some challenges, some discomforts, as with many growth processes. But you are strong and will move through these. The more that you move through these, the stronger you become; the more that you are freed up to allow this higher frequency of consciousness to create your life; the more easeful this process becomes; and the more strong you become. You also generally become happier, more joyful. It is not, perhaps, the kind of joy that you would have identified with at a more third-dimensional, physical level. It is an inner joy, the joy of light, the joy of love, which often comes in quiet forms, in peaceful ways of deep fulfillment.
Consciousness is attractive. It is why you have always been drawn to teachers, sages, gurus, awakened beings—because there is great attractiveness in the force of their higher level of consciousness, their greater openness to higher frequencies of consciousness. As you grow in consciousness, you will become more attractive to others. It is inevitable. This process of growing in consciousness is inevitable. It is good that you are talking about supporting each other in this process, supporting each other in a conscious way with those others who share a level of dedication to this ascension process. But beyond that, you are sharing your support with all beings, regardless of their conscious participation in this process or not. That is very important. It is wonderful that you are feeling the call to that kind of sharing and responding.
I believe that is all that need to say at this time. As you will see, as you grow in consciousness, the urge to speak generally diminishes. When you do speak, you will be quite brilliant.
And so I feel complete.

Crossing Over Into the Light-Realm
I’ve experienced what feels like a miracle in my life. Two weeks ago my dad was admitted to the hospital with an infection that had gone into his bloodstream. As we have a number of times over the past half year, we thought this may very well be the end and prepared ourselves. But after a few days, he started to rally yet again.
As he began to “rejoin our world,” he was initially quite confused and his connection to this realm seemed tenuous. When I walked into his room, he looked at me with amazement and said, “I can’t believe you’re here. I never expected to see you.” I’m not sure who he thought I was, as I’ve been visiting him regularly. But it didn’t matter to me. I was delighted to be able to interact and talk with him. And he was so filled with love and light, it was a joy and an honor to be with him.
At one point he apologized for not being able to remember much. I reassured him, saying, “It’s not what you remember or think that matters. What matters is your heart and the love you feel.” At that point, he looked over my shoulder and seemed to be seeing something very profound. I wondered if he was having a vision. In fact, he was, but not the kind I was thinking of. I turned to see what he was looking at and realized it was the white board on the wall with all his medical information on it. Then he said to me, “Do you see that board? To me, it’s a love board.”
I walked over to the board and wrote, “I love you,” and signed my name. He seemed extremely pleased as he beamed with a wide smile. Then he laughed because underneath my message was a reminder to the nurses that he couldn’t feed himself. So the whole communication read: “I love you. Mercedes. Please feed me.”
The next day he was more lucid, but still in an exalted state. He was tracking everything going on around him with great interest and his response to all he observed was wonder and awe. As I was standing beside his bed, he asked me to turn around. I wasn’t sure why he requested that, thinking maybe he wanted to see what my clothes looked like from the back. As I turned around, he pointed out the window, and said, “Isn’t that beautiful?” I looked outside to a typical downtown Albuquerque city scene of roads, traffic, buildings, and a small patch of grass with a couple of trees. He continued, “Isn’t that building beautiful? And look at those clouds!”
I shifted into seeing what he was seeing. I wouldn’t have noticed it normally, in the midst of my busyness or focusing on whatever I was engaged in. But there was a certain beauty to the building, and certainly to the clouds. I started to reflect on the extraordinariness that all the things in our world—which I so easily take for granted—even exist. And I felt myself joining my father in his transformed state.
Later the nurse came in and attended to him. She emptied his catheter into the toilet and then flushed the contents down. He immediately wanted to know what that sound was. We told him it was the toilet flushing and he said with amazement, “Imagine that.” The nurse and I smiled at each other, each of us feeling touched and lifted up by his innocent marveling at what for us was a mundane experience.
My father has continued to recover, so quickly that even the hospital staff were surprised. His will to live continues to astound us all. And the silver lining to the whole event is that he was discharged to the same skilled nursing facility where his wife was recovering from her back surgery. For the first time since he was admitted to an assisted living facility six months ago, they’re living under the same roof. I can’t tell you the joy I saw in both their faces as she walked into his room the first evening to spend time together before they both went to sleep.
I already believe in miracles, so I didn’t need any convincing that I was witnessing one. But I feel incredibly blessed to have been so closely involved in the whole process, watching it unfold, seeing how my mind had no idea what was really going on, and feeling my heart so moved by the beauty I was witnessing. For the past six months, as my dad has seemed so close to dying so many times, I’ve often wondered what’s keeping him here. Why hasn’t he chosen to let go and move on? After experiencing these most recent events, a new thought came to me. Perhaps my dad isn’t waiting to cross over and meet with the angels. Perhaps he’s decided to start his transformation into the light-realm here and now. And in that, he continues to be my teacher, as he has been for so long.

Mary Magdalene: Sacred Marriage

[This is Part I of a channeled message that Mary Magdalene gave at a gathering in honor of her feast day, July 22nd, 2012.]
Hello, greetings, and blessings to my dear one and all of you who are here with me today, all of you who will be hearing this and listening to it later, all of you who are gathered in so many gatherings across your country and around your world who are honoring the Divine Feminine through calling upon me on this day. I thank you so much.
I am so thrilled to be here with you, with all of you. I’m so happy for your opening to the Divine Feminine in this moment and in all the ways that you do. And I’m so happy for all there is to celebrate right now. For there is so much, I almost feel a little beside myself—Where to start? Where to begin?
I will begin right here with you who are gathered here. To you, Mercedes, I say that I am greatly embracing you, greatly celebrating with you for the book that you have put out, for your creating this gathering and other events. There will be so many more events in the future to allow me to come through and to allow others, as well. We are supporting all of you in your growth and your beautiful unfoldment, which is happening so strongly right now.
It is such a wonderful time, for so many reasons. But one of them is that there are so many people who are opening up to us—the beings of light in the higher dimensions. We are so happy and thrilled to be supporting all of you, connecting with you, helping you, joining with you consciously, and to have these kinds of occasions when we speak to you and we hear from you. It is so wonderful. Of course, our connection with you is not limited. It is not limited to these occasions. It is not limited to when we speak with you or you speak with us. It is ongoing and there are so many forms that it is taking. But these occasions, in particular, are very wonderful and joyful for all of us, to have you coming together, holding sacred space, creating the container for us to connect in this way. To all of you, I thank you so much for being here today.
And I thank you for your openness to me. For yes, it is true that the world is opening to me in these past few years, which of course are like the blink of an eye, if that much, in terms of your time and the total time of our beingness. But so much has happened in such an incredibly short time, and this is just the beginning. There are huge openings ahead, huge things that will be changing you, changing your consciousness, changing your world in so many ways. And this is part of the excitement that I feel. It is being created all the time by people just like yourselves who are expanding, growing, calling in this change, wanting it for themselves, wanting to hold it and share it with others. That is how your world is formed, created, sustained, changed, dissolved, re-birthed. It is how manifestation happens.
This manifestation process is strengthened through all these forms of your coming together—where you join together, share your dreams, share your visions, share your hopes, share your strengths, share your help and your support with each other. This is so important. It is so critical. It is what has happened in the past in some of your more formal ways—through your churches, in particular. And of course, there are ways that that has supported people and there are ways that that has diverted and gone away from helping people.
But the form is changing. It is becoming much more of an internal process that is happening within each person. And you are connecting with others out of this internal process, because there are so many people going through this process together. Truly, you are connected, and you are finding each other in all different ways. In those connections, you are amplifying, magnifying this process for each other, as well as for people who perhaps are at a different stage. These people are going through the process in their own way, but perhaps are not sharing in the way that you are with yourself and with others—consciously, openly, outwardly. But you are helping them, also, and it is affecting them. So these gatherings are one of the new forms that is emerging. It is a very organic form in your world, in which the power, the spiritual transformation is coming through. It is one of the great changes that are happening at this time.
And yes, the Divine Feminine is so important. Many of you understand this. Many of you have an awareness of this, of how the Divine Feminine has been waiting. It has not been time. You, so many of you, have not been ready and your world has not been ready. Now there is so much that is supporting this, that is in place. There are a few things that I wish to share about this.
The first is that one of the ways you can recognize the Divine Feminine is that the Divine Feminine is in love with the Divine Masculine. And the Divine Feminine is supportive of the Divine Masculine and of union—of union with the Masculine, union with the Child, union with the Divine. Union is one of the primary paths of the Feminine. So do not fall into the trap of thinking that it is only about the Divine Feminine, for that is not the case. The Divine Feminine is embracing of the Divine Masculine. And you have needed this time to become strong in the Divine Masculine, within yourselves, in your world. Yes, it has been out of balance. And yes, it has gone to the extreme at times. Yet, there was a logic. There was a reason and a preparation that was happening. Now the Masculine is ready to embrace the Feminine, to call us in and for there to be union and unity. This is the new stage, the new age that you are moving into.
So remember that it is about the Divine Feminine coming forth and flowering. But the Divine Feminine embraces and holds and loves the Divine Masculine, and honors the Masculine, and calls in the Masculine to bring what the Masculine brings, which is so important for there to be balance and wholeness and harmony. That is what you are moving into, a beautiful new age, in which there will be this union and this unity between the Feminine and the Masculine.
Many of you know this in your hearts, in your souls, and in your beings in the relationship between myself and Yeshua. It is something that you don’t have to know with your mind. You don’t have to know the details. You don’t have to know where we lived, what we did, what were the dates, what were the names, what were the other people. Yes, that can be interesting, and yes, there is a way that in your humanness that feeds you. But truly, everything that you need is in your heart, in your soul, in your beingness. And you know that love that we exemplified, that we lived. You know that we brought that frequency into the world, planting it as seed to be here in your world. And yes, the relationship between us was hidden for many, many years. It was not time. The world was not ready yet for that to come forth. Now it is.
So know that we are with each one of you in your heart. And there is a way that our archetypal relationship, our pure love was planted so many years ago, and is still here, is strengthening and becoming more available, more accessible, more profound as you are opening to it and receiving it. This is part of why so many people are drawn to me at this time. It is like a cosmic alarm clock going off. You are ready for this. You are ready to know of my great love for Yeshua. And you are ready to know that love within yourself and to begin to incarnate it and to manifest it.
That love always manifests first with yourself. It manifests with you knowing the love of your Divine Masculine, your Divine Feminine. The marriage of the Divine Masculine and Feminine always lives within you, within your heart, and that is where it begins. Out of that comes the holy marriage, which is the marriage of you and God. But God has two faces in this manifestation here in your realm. There is the Masculine face of God and the Feminine face of God.
Not only will you know the marriage of the two faces of God within yourself, but you will also know your holy union with God, absolutely. And then you will know this sacred union in your relationships with others. More and more of you will be finding your sacred partner, who you live this exquisite love with. The love relationship with a sacred partner includes the exquisite union of your sacred heart and sacred mind, in form, with another being. It is one of the greatest blessings that you will experience in this realm. Know that this is your future, if you have not experienced it up till now. This is what is coming in. You are ready now to grow into this, to know this, and to allow it to carry you to your greater divinity, your divine beingness.
That is always what I am so moved to share—my understanding and my experience of this divine union, this sacred marriage. As I have spoken through Mercedes and is in her book, there are foundational steps for each of you in opening to the Divine Feminine. Many of you have areas that you still need to strengthen in this way, because this is such a new time of celebrating, of opening to, of calling forth the Divine Feminine. These foundational arenas are very important, because they are what will allow you to open your heart. They will allow you to know the sacred marriage within of your Divine Masculine–Divine Feminine, of your sacred heart–sacred mind, and your sacred heart-union with another being. Do not gloss over that. It is important and it will help you to know this and to complete your work at these foundational stages. It will allow you to go on into your greatness, your largeness, your beauty, your perfection, and into greater and greater realms of experience, of consciousness, of light and love.
That is all that I am going to say about that today, for I have said it in great depth before. I hope that it may support and serve every one of you in your becoming the beautiful, divine being that you are, that I know you as, and that I support you in fully.

Mary Magdalene and Sacred Sexuality: An Interview on Tantra Talk Radio
July 22nd was the Feast Day of Mary Magdalene. Part of how I celebrated this day was to do an interview with Rundy Duphiney of Tantra Talk Radio on Mary Magdalene and her relationship with Sacred Sexuality. I greatly enjoyed talking with Rundy about Mary Magdalene and what she has revealed to me about her practice and teaching of Sacred Sexuality.

Arielle: The Art of Living in Joy

Greeting beloveds,
This is Arielle speaking. Some of you may not be familiar with who I am, as I am from a distant place and not one of the more usual Guides who communicate with you. But I am very moved tonight to come through and to speak, and so I am here to be with you, to bring blessings and wisdom that I am able to offer, help that I am able to give, and to answer questions, which I joyfully do.
I am here on the wings of joy. It is a joyful spirit that has brought me in, like a wind that blows through. And I am attracted by your joy, for I feel your frequency of joy rising. I feel it growing and multiplying amongst you and amongst so many people in your world. This is a very good thing. This is a very good sign. For joy is one of the hallmarks of raising your frequency and raising your consciousness. It is a sign that this is happening for all of you, that your frequency and your consciousness is growing and expanding. And with this you are experiencing more joy.
As you do this, the beings of joy are more and more attracted to you. For that is the way of the universe. The frequency that you are vibrating with, that you are amplifying, attracts those same frequencies from all different parts of the universe. And so I am attracted to being here with you tonight.
And I wish to share joy with you. It is an interesting thing, because it is not something that can be explained in a mental way. Joy is a state of being. It is a state where you feel your heart and your heart openness. Can you feel it right now? Can you feel this greater openness in your heart? I am bringing this with me and it is part of my gift, to help you to experience this state of joy and how it manifests as a feeling sense in your heart.
It is possible to anchor this in by coming to know this state, by remembering it, by inviting it to be always in your heart, like a home that you come home to again, and again, and again. You have this ability. You can contact this state in your heart. It is always there. It is always possible. But it takes a certain freedom and a certain baseline, you might say, that you are vibrating at, that your frequency is holding, to be able to merge with this feeling and to know it fully.
There is a way that you can meet with others in this space. Many beings do this. It is a way that you shine this frequency out, kind of like the way a flashlight shines light out in a certain direction. And you connect with other beings who are doing the same. It looks a little bit like fireflies who are all connecting and their lights are going out to each other. It is a joyful thing to do, like a game almost, but so much fun, so much joy.
Often people think they can only have this when they have the experience of falling in love. But of course, you can have this at any time.
It is somewhat like a game. It puts you in a space that’s very childlike. Truly children often feel this and are more open to it. Oftentimes adults don’t realize that’s what going on with the children, but this is their state. Perhaps you can remember it being your state.
In this state, it is easy to play. It is easy to be play-full. That is another thing that is a very wonderful thing to call into your life—play. That, too, is not just for children, not restricted to them. But it helps if you have this feeling in your heart, which motivates you to want to play, to be silly, or to do things for no purpose, just for joy. It’s like you’re spreading fairy dust of joy all around when you do that. Do you like this state? It is available to you and is truly where you are going.
Sometimes people feel uncomfortable with this energy. It feels like it’s a little too much, a little too fast, a little too full. So it may take some time to adjust. Sometimes people need to receive it in small doses at first. Little by little you’re able to be with it for longer periods of time. This is one of the reasons why change in general, and especially the change you’re going through at this time, is happening over time in a gradual way. If it were to all happen at once, it would likely overwhelm you. This way, you are able to be comfortable, and not afraid, and are able to open to it at a pace, at a speed, that is right for you.
Even so, most of you are changing at an amazing rate. It is quite remarkable and you are to be commended for this. For change is not an easy thing, in general, in the third dimensional world. And you are allowing so much change, at a rate that is quite remarkable for the third dimension. Congratulations to all of you for doing it. You have called this in and it is a sign of your strength. It is a sign of your commitment to this process of opening to God. We all are most impressed and grateful to all of you for what you are doing.
But I do not want to become too serious, for I am an ambassador of joy and riding the waves of play tonight. So I think that may be enough for me to say. The experience is so much more than words. Words can dance around it like embroidery around a picture. But the experience is the primary communication.
I invite you to a very simple exercise. Right where you are, without changing anything, imagine, or feel, picture, sense—whatever is easiest for you—that there is light extending out from your body to all the other beings in the room right now. Feel, sense, see yourself connected in light to all the beings.
Just rest in that for a few moments. Let yourself just experience what it’s like. Don’t try to tell yourself that it should be one way or another. Just notice and feel.
Now go into the space of your heart. Imagine your heart like a rose. See this rose opening up, its beautiful fragrance emanating out. Imagine the fragrance of your rose mingling with the fragrance of all the other roses of the people you’ve connected to, the beings you’re connected to by light.
Now return back into your own energy field, once again seeing the rose of your heart, experiencing your rose’s fragrance.
And with this I leave you. I celebrate our time together. I thank you for your openness to being with me, inviting me into your sphere. And I leave you with my blessings of joy.
