Mary Magdalene: Each of you have your own inner Masculine and Feminine. We’re not referring to men or women as a gender, because all men and women have their Masculine and Feminine within. We’re addressing all gendered beings, understanding that everyone has their Masculine and Feminine. You may be more in touch with one, or less in touch with the other, but you all have your Masculine and Feminine.

There is a more ordinary sense of the Masculine and Feminine that many of you are familiar with. But there is a higher form, or what you might call an exalted form. That is when you’re connecting to your sacred Masculine or Feminine, your Divine Masculine and Feminine.

The sacred Masculine, or Divine Masculine, is really the quality of pure transcendence. It’s what you might call transcendental being. It is prior to space and time. It’s prior to all manifestation. It has a kind of complete purity about it.

One way of understanding the pure quality of the Divine Masculine—which many of you have experienced—is that it’s what people seek to experience in meditation. Some people describe this state as peace, quiet, or stillness.

In various of your spiritual traditions there have been references or names given to this state, such as “the Self,” “the witness,” or “witness consciousness.” These are some of the references people are familiar with for the Divine Masculine. I’m not thinking of other names in this moment but I’m sure you are familiar with them.

The Eastern traditions, and in particular traditions such as Buddhism and Hinduism, have very much focused on this aspect of the divine (the transcendental or Divine Masculine aspect) as something to attain. Oftentimes these traditions have tried to support people in connecting with the Divine Masculine by suggesting that people only connect with the Divine Masculine, and not connect with the Divine Feminine. We’re suggesting something different. Nonetheless, these traditions have been a great support for people in connecting with the quality of the Divine Masculine and reaching the transcendent.

Question: Why is uniting the Masculine and Feminine important?

Mary Magdalene: We have spoken about this a great deal in the past. Yet we know that this is something that is new for many people and there may be people who have not heard what we have said in the past. So we are happy to explain, as best we can, in a way that will work for all.

The first thing to understand is that uniting the Masculine and Feminine takes place on so many levels. When we talk about the union of the Masculine and Feminine, we’re talking about a very multi-level, multi-dimensional process. First and foremost, we’re talking about receiving the divine in its fullest form. We’re talking about relating to the divine—and to God as a name for the divine—as both Masculine and Feminine, completely in union with each other.

This is very familiar to some of you. To some of you it is less familiar. One example in your world is the yin-yang symbol, which conveys the idea that everything is the union of Masculine and Feminine. This includes everything in manifestation, and everything in the higher dimensions, all the way up to the pure expression of the divine in its source form. Everything is the Masculine and the Feminine.

Yet for a very, very long period of time there has been a bias in your world toward the Masculine and a suppression of the Feminine, such that many of you, without even realizing it, are tending to be imbalanced.

For the most part, you who are incarnating on the Earth at this time are tending to be more oriented towards the Masculine, both outside of yourself and within yourself. And you are tending to be less connected to the Feminine.

Even among those of you who think you are connected to the Feminine, oftentimes there are ways that your programming has affected you. You may not even realize it, yet you are still coming from a more Masculine orientation.

Part of our work at this time is to help people understand how you are still being affected by this program that has been running on the Earth for so long of obscuring the Feminine and presenting things in a predominantly Masculine way. For example, in your spirituality many of you have been taught to relate to God in a Masculine way, such that you hear the word “God” as meaning Masculine, which it does not. It means the Masculine and Feminine divine. Of course it is just a word and everyone relates to words differently. Most likely when you hear that word it will bring up whatever your programming is. If you have been programmed to relate to God as Masculine, then when you hear the word “God,” you will very likely think of a Masculine being.

In fact, God is neither Masculine nor Feminine. It is also true that God is completely Masculine and completely Feminine. All of those are true and there is no conflict between any of them. As you evolve in your spiritual consciousness, this will become more and more clear, and more and more simple to all of you. Depending on each individual and their process, this may now be more or less clear, more or less simple or complex. We hope to help you with this understanding because this is a very important part of the ascension process.

When we talk about the ascension process, we’re talking about a grand transition that beings on Earth and the Earth itself are in the process of right now. This process involves moving into the higher dimensions, beginning with the fourth dimension. Part of what is going to allow all of you to make this transition is through uniting the Masculine and Feminine. You might say it is a prerequisite.

Another way to look at it is that accomplishing the uniting of the Masculine and Feminine is your gateway for this transition to the fourth dimension. And first and foremost, this uniting happens within each one of you. That is the most important place for this union to happen.

Question: Mary, whenever I tune into my emotions it seems to me there’s always some sort of pain there. I find it difficult doing the process you have brought to us because it’s time-consuming and there’s always something there. I wonder if I’m picking up pain from somewhere or somebody else.

Mary Magdalene: You may need support for working with this pain.

You certainly can be in choice about when you choose to do this process. At other times, when you’re not choosing to engage this process, you can ask that you be supported in being available for what you need then—whether it’s free attention for your work, emotional peace, or simply to be functional. You certainly can ask.

Many of you have this question: “Am I picking this up from others or is this mine?”

It is always yours.

Accepting this is one of the great challenges of the third dimension. It is also one of the gateways beyond the third dimension.

In the third dimension there is a duality of “mine” and “not mine,” me and everyone or everything else. This duality is a great limit. At some point it will become clear to you it is all yours. There is nothing that is not yours. There is nothing that is not you. But this will be a realization; it won’t be an idea. You can’t believe yourself into this and have it be productive. If you try to come from belief, you will be suppressing yourself and it will actually inhibit your spiritual growth more than it will support it.

The way through is to make an assumption that it is always yours. This is the most direct path. It is also the most empowered path because you are always empowered to work with yourself.

Many of you are familiar with a modern version of a Hawaiian healing practice that was put forth in the last decades. This modern version involved taking 100% responsibility for everything that happens as your own creation. This is a valuable spiritual practice.

This practice of taking 100% responsibility must always be done with feeling. If it becomes a burden or a stick you are beating yourself with, it is not supporting you. That is a sign that it is not the practice you need at this time. You need a different practice. This may be a valuable form of practice for periods of time or it may not be, but the understanding behind it is quite valuable.

Always begin with yourself.

This is the creation process. As you move into the fourth dimension you are becoming more conscious creators. In your third-dimensional world, you can lay the foundation for this by assuming that all that you experience is your creation. Then you can work with yourself relative to that creation. Are you happy with the creation? Do you wish to change that creation? What is holding you to that creation? What are your blocks to what you would like the creation to be? This is the beginning. It is a shift into full responsibility, full ownership for what is manifesting.

Many of you are very locked into third-dimensional thinking. I do not say this as a judgment. It is simply the way you have been trained. It is simply what has been most prevalent in your world for most of you. There is a tendency associated with third-dimensional consciousness to connect responsibility with blame. You tend to think that if you are responsible that means it’s your fault. You think you have done something wrong and the corollary is you’d better fix it. All of this is what is to be purified.

It is not a blame of you that you are experiencing whatever you are experiencing. It is not some higher authority angry at you and demanding that you change it—not even the higher authority of your internal mind and brain that you may have created for yourself.

It is so important to start with the Feminine. The connection to your body, emotions, and sexuality is so important, because this is what will open your heart. Without that heart opening it is almost inevitable that the development of your mind will turn into rightness and wrongness, blame, judgment, harshness, pain, wounding.

So begin with the basics just as a child begins with the basics. Begin with loving your body. Begin with loving your sexuality and emotions. If you need help with processing the painful emotions which must also be loved and included—because they are there for your help, also—get the help that you need. Get the support that you need. Then it will become easeful. It will become natural if you make a commitment to it.

Most of you are going through a great process of shedding the training you have received, the consciousness you have received, the habits you have received. There is work involved in that. It is a practice and it requires your intention and energy to do it. Pray and ask for help. Pray and ask for what you need. It will be given.

Know that you are doing very, very well.

Question: I have a question about the process that occurs when we heal the deeper wounds of our inner Masculine and Feminine, which I understand allows a natural union to take place. Could you speak of what that union may be like?

Mary Magdalene: This is where you are all being led. This union is a tremendous ecstasy.

It is why you are willing to do the healing of the Masculine and Feminine. Many of you—probably all of you—have had a certain degree of experiencing this union for glimpses or periods of time. This motivates you to have that union become your ongoing reality.

The healing of the inner Feminine and Masculine depends on where your wounding is, how much wounding there is, and what is being blocked. So the course will be different, depending on all of that. It also depends how much mastery there is, primarily of the first three chakras, and how much more mastery is required.

Many of you have been given a tremendous amount of training in the third chakra. The part of your world that doesn’t include the spiritual, which is separated from the spiritual, which you might call “non-spiritual,” is very dedicated to the arenas involved in the third chakra and third chakra mastery. This includes the lower mind, will, intention, and power. Most of you have been given access to tremendous tools in these areas. You may be at different places relative to your own personal mastery and completion of that work, but most of you are very in touch with the process of achieving mastery relative to the third chakra. You’re clear about what it is and understand how to access the help you need for completing your mastery at that level.

The first and second chakras are much less developed for many of you. And the way to mastery is much less clear.

The first chakra is the chakra of the physical body. Mastery of this chakra is not just about becoming healed in your physical body, although that is certainly part of it (if there is physical healing to do). It is also not just about becoming strong and competent in your physical body, although that can certainly be supportive. It is mostly about relating to your body as a temple. For many of you, a key aspect of this is healing shame that you carry relative to your body.

If you are ever in a circumstance of being without clothing—clothed by God—for many of you, this brings up pain and conflict. For many of you, having others see you in your physical body, not in clothing but simply in your physical body, is difficult. This is a sign of the shame you carry.

This shame relative to your body is a great block. For many, it’s connected to deep wounding. This is the level that many of you have not yet completed. When it’s completed your relationship to your body can be completely sacred, where you see your body as every bit as divine as anything else you hold as sacred. You see it manifesting God every bit as as much as you relate to me manifesting God, or Yeshua, or any being who you see God in.

You must see that in yourself as well. As you see it in yourself, you will start to see it in all. It is inevitable. This is a place of completion for many of you, where you have more work to do to attain the mastery that is required.

Many of you in your world spend a great deal of time trying to create an image of yourself that you feel happy with, whether it’s through your hair, makeup, clothing, jewelry, shoes…. This tends to be more true of women than of men, but it is not always the case. There are many aspects to this that actually consume quite a bit of energy for many of you. If you contemplate going without this, letting go of this, you will notice there is often fear there—fear of being loved, fear of being accepted, even fear of being included in your world. All of this is a sign there is healing to do.

Beauty is a wonderful thing. Adorning your body is a wonderful thing. It is not that I am calling you to be ascetics or to go with nothing, although that is certainly a possibility, if that feels most supportive to you. But that is not my primary message.

My primary message is to let the beauty that you adorn your body with come out of joy. Let it express the joy of your God connection. Let it come out of the joy of adorning your temple—as opposed to shame and fear, or trying to cover up something that is not good enough, not lovable, not acceptable.

I have great sadness that so many feel this kind of shame in relation to their bodies. I see all of physical manifestation as tremendously beautiful. All of it carries the creation of God, the manifestation of God in form.

I am not calling you to be joyful from your mind as a belief. I am calling you to do this through your body and emotions, to heal whatever may be a block to that joy.

An example of this might be a very young child—often before the age of five, and perhaps younger than that—who has a naturalness, a love of their body as an extension of the physical world. This is not based on an idea in their mind that they should love their body, that it is the spiritual thing to do to love their body, that their body is God. Their mind doesn’t tend to be that developed at that stage. It is a very natural physical response, which all of you had until you received other messages and training.

The messages and training that many of you received about your body created a tremendous spiritual blockage. You came here to experience physical reality, to experience manifestation in a physical body. This is a part of your path, to embrace the physical and merge with it as pure God-communion.

Question: As we’re shifting the energy on the Earth today into a new dimension, I see part of the healing is for women to forgive, love, and honor themselves where they may have been shut down. How is this done in the most divine, sacred way, in giving permission to women?

Mary Magdalene: To forgive, love, and honor themselves?

Questioner: Yes.

Mary Magdalene: They must do the healing of what has caused them to stop at a certain point, what has frozen them you might say, like shutting off a valve. It is not enough to simply intend that this valve reopen. You must find the wound that closed it and there must be reopening of the wound, literally.

There is no way to bypass this that is authentic. You must go through the process of going into the wound and allow it to heal in the way it was originally intended to heal. If someone shut down at some point, they moved out of the healing process—out of despair, or fear, or not knowing how to complete it.

This is the work that I spoke about in great depth in the first set of messages I brought through to Mercedes, the ones that are embodied in the book Mary Magdalene Beckons. I spoke about how to learn a whole different pathway of relating to pain, a pathway that takes you into reconnecting with God. If someone has shut down from their love, or their self-honoring, or their self-forgiveness, they have stopped that process. Or perhaps they never began it in the first place, not realizing or understanding how to engage it. It must be re-engaged.

The heart must open. When you open the heart you will feel the pain. You will feel the place you stopped. It is right there waiting to be healed. But it is not about simply feeling the pain. You must let the pain take you to its source, the place within yourself that you shut down from, your own God-nature. Then you can reconnect to that God-nature within.

That is the function of pain. It shows you the most direct pathway to reconnect with your God-self. If you do not make use of that pathway for your healing and instead try another pathway, very often you will not get to the true root. The emotions were intended to guide you to the healing you require. When you try to do it through another pathway, especially the pathway of the mind, most often people are fooled. They think they understand. They think they realize what they need to do to heal. But they are still hiding the true connection and source from themselves.

This is the pathway that’s described in Mary Magdalene Beckons. This is the most important thing for most people to learn at this time, especially those in the Feminine. It is more natural for the Feminine to avail themselves of this emotional process. Through their own opening to emotions, and through learning this process of allowing their emotions to lead them back into full connection to God, those in the Feminine can support those in the Masculine.

Those in the Masculine may not have the exact same pathway, but it will be a similar one. They will be very supported by those in the Feminine who have developed these strengths. This is part of the synergy between the Masculine and the Feminine, which they were meant to engage and support each other with. It is a most beautiful and wondrous process.

It is not easy to understand this process until you actually experience it. This is part of the work that has been given to Mercedes, to be the bridge to help people to experience this process and understand it deeply within themselves. Then they can start to live this process and to model it for others. My words may not make sense until you avail yourself of that kind of support and have the experience yourself.
